The front desk staff is very friendly and gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel's various facilities when we checked in, which was very thoughtful! 🛁🏠 Our room had direct access to the lagoon, which was so convenient! 🌊 The room was spacious and bright, the bed was super comfortable, and the facilities were all available. From the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunshine by the water all day long. The hotel also thoughtfully sent a cake on a family member's birthday, which was really touching 😊. After enjoying the hotel's sumptuous buffet breakfast every morning, you can walk to the seaside promenade and see the Burj Al Arab, which is a beautiful view! 🍽️🏄 There are also many good options around the hotel, and I recommend a few restaurants worth trying: Frevo, Varq, Sardina Seafood Restaurant, etc. There are also some water activities nearby that you can participate in, which are suitable for experiencing with children and family. #thingstodo We are currently spending 12 days at this amazing resort. Peace & tranquility coupled with luxury and family fun. The staff are SO friendly and cant do enough for you. A big shout out to Sidney who was very kind letting our daughter sit on his boat in the lagoon whilst serving us coconuts. He always has a smile on his face just like all of the staff. We still have 7 days left and I can already say we would definitely return. The food is of excellent standard in all restaurants. The housekeeping and grounds staff work so hard to keep the hotel look its best. I will leave a big trip advisor review once we are home. A cozy yet luxurious getaway spot! Really enjoyed our stay here. It was so peaceful and welcoming, and the lagoon access room with 24 hour access to swimming was the highlight of our stay. The place has a wide variety of restaurant options as well - we chose the Mekong Asian restaurant for dinner and it did not disappoint. Great staff, amazing food, aesthetic views and overall a very calming atmosphere with its beaches and lagoons! The service at the hotel is excellent. All of the staff are brilliant and work so hard. Sarani at breakfast was really attentive and so lovely. We had dinner most nights at Crescendo and the service was once again fantastic. Jennet, Klaus and Mary were super friendly and were always available, so we were never left waiting. We also dinned at Bushman’s twice, including on my birthday, and the food was a real highlight. Ade looked after us both nights and was so welcoming and attentive, offering recommendations off the menu, and giving us a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning again next year
