Getting There - JR trains, local subway, local buses, taxi and shuttle bus (Sannomiya 三宮) Attractions - Herb garden, Vintage style Starbucks, Kitano Ijinkan Gai etc. Hotel - ANA Crown plaza Kobe Food & Restaurants - Japanese, Western, Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine Shopping - shopping mall, cafes, restaurants and convenient stores On my way to the hotel, the surroundings had lots of unique cafes, beautiful street, different varieties of restaurants to choose from etc. when I arrived to the hotel, two hotel staff greeted me and one of them escorted me to the front office for check in process in the meantime of waiting, a female staff chatting with me which makes me feel welcoming and she is so friendly to talk with. The FOA (front office agent) greeted me with a smile and asked “How’s my day?” he has explained all the regulation in the hotel and because of the Covid situation, the hotel have fully sanitised each room and all the area in the hotel so it will give sense of security to all guests including me, this action is really important and very appreciated. after check in, a staff bring my luggage and escorted me to my hotel room, we have a fun conversation together😆 all the staff in this hotel are very friendly and nice people.
