Lying in bed, I felt an unprecedented comfort and relaxation, and all my worries and stress seemed to disappear. 🌙💤😌 In addition to the comfort of the beds, I was also impressed by the hotel's facilities and services. The staff always had a smile on their faces and provided attentive service, making me feel at home. Getting There - JR trains, local subway, local buses, taxi and shuttle bus (Sannomiya 三宮) Attractions - Herb garden, Vintage style Starbucks, Kitano Ijinkan Gai etc. Hotel - ANA Crown plaza Kobe Food & Restaurants - Japanese, Western, Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine Shopping - shopping mall, cafes, restaurants and convenient stores On my way to the hotel, the surroundings had lots of unique cafes, beautiful street, different varieties of restaurants to choose from etc. when I arrived to the hotel, two hotel staff greeted me and one of them escorted me to the front office for check in process in the meantime of waiting, a female staff chatting with me which makes me feel welcoming and she is so friendly to talk with. The FOA (front office agent) greeted me with a smile and asked “How’s my day?” he has explained all the regulation in the hotel and because of the Covid situation, the hotel have fully sanitised each room and all the area in the hotel so it will give sense of security to all guests including me, this action is really important and very appreciated. after check in, a staff bring my luggage and escorted me to my hotel room, we have a fun conversation together😆 all the staff in this hotel are very friendly and nice people. However, this restaurant "ねいろ" located on the third floor of the shopping mall of ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe is right next to "JR Shin-Kobe Station", which is very convenient and the price is very good value. A Kobe beef set meal includes a piece of Kobe beef, salad, rice, miso soup and coffee, and is cheaper than buying it in Hong Kong. Before cooking, they showed us a whole piece of Kobe beef, which made us salivate. Then the boss fried it on the spot for us to watch. Because there were fewer tourists and it was past lunch time, the proprietress was still very hospitable and chatted with us. She talked about everything under the sun and even gave us free coffee.
