Open all year round. The Kitakyushu City Tourist Information Center (Travelers Hub Kitakyushu) is open from 9am to 7pm in the concourse of Kokura Station (inside Kokura Station AMU Plaza). Kokura Station is the gateway to Kyushu for the Shinkansen. As it is the center of Fukuoka and Kitakyushu, there are many events and sports team matches. Many tourists use Kokura Station as a starting point for ferries to Shikoku and Kansai. Limousine buses to Kitakyushu Airport also depart and arrive there, so the Kitakyushu City Tourist Information Center (Travelers Hub Kitakyushu) plays a major role. There are a wide variety of brochures about Kitakyushu's local information and events on display, and there are also materials about nearby municipalities and Fukuoka and Kyushu prefectures, both in Japanese and English. The soft serve ice cream made from Jersey milk from Oguni, Aso, Kumamoto, is rich and delicious‼️ It's a flavor you'll want to eat again and again. I thought it was a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but it's actually a sushi restaurant where they make it right after you order. It's a sushi restaurant right next to Tenjin Horumon on the 6th floor of Amu Plaza in Kokura Station. There were quite a few people eating alone, and there was a bit of a wait, but the turnover was fast. The staff were so so kind! ㅎㅎㅎㅎ The sushi was delicious no matter what I ordered, and they also have sashimi for one person that's good value ㅎㅎ I recommend you try the burdock tempura there, and you should definitely try the Calpis sour ㅎㅎ I ate like that and it came out to about 30,000 won :)

I visited Heishiro, a sushi conveyor belt restaurant in Amu Plaza Kitakyushu. I stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was affordable and fresh, making it a delightful meal. Located on the 6th floor of Amu Plaza Kokura, I entered just after lunchtime, so there were no sushi plates on the conveyor belt. Instead, I ordered each plate via a tablet. The sea bream sushi was the freshest and most chewy. The shocking price was about 1200 KRW for 2 pieces!
