The first French meal, I dedicated to L’Envol. The dish of the day is still fresh in my memory. The most stunning one is the seaweed and red shrimp box. The moment you open the box, looking at the full seaweed, plus eating each bite of freshness, the happiness is self-evident. By chance, I followed the gymnasium director to Amber for a French dinner today. In order to eat, in the end I went to how far 🤣🤣 Overall is very satisfied, each dish is very good. There was no shortage of surprises, and it was definitely worth a try. The most amazing dish, definitely belongs to the caviar 😍😍 with red seaweed and lobster jelly. If the seaweed lobster box brings happiness, this caviar sends me a happy beginning. Later the main course of lamb rack was also excellent, tender meat, not too much fat but with a slight greasy aroma. Because it was a birthday, the hotel sent chocolate (one is a thin chocolate shell with sour cranberry sauce, the other white chocolate. Both have no chocolate, a bit disappointed, but the taste is good). After planning and not being blessed to get reservations. The 6 of us finally got a chance to try Amber. We came for dinner and got the full amber experience, loved every course especially their signature dish, the uni caviar, lobster gel and cauliflower cream was to die for. Our dinner included a kitchen tour, where the staff takes us to the kitchen and explains/watch the amber team at work, then we were served a course there which I thought it was a really cool concept. Although the restaurant has switched to using refined sugar, salt and oil, the taste is still close to the past, or the seasoning can be said to be more refined.

The last time I went to Amber was before the renovation. After the renovation, I found a weekend to try lunch. The one bite and bread for the starter were not very surprising. Then I paid extra money and ordered caviar (I didn’t take a picture), which was mixed with sea urchin and was very salty and fresh. But the other extra dish, the king crab, was really nothing special. The main course was chicken breast, which was full of flavor, tender and not at all tough. The dessert was dark chocolate, paired with tofu skin, what a strange combination. The last surprise was the petit four, which had fruit syrup, making it a perfect ending.
