Guobin Hotel A SHABU (Texture Japanese Hot Pot)
This time I stopped by to eat the hot pot while staying at the Guobin Hotel. The outside of the store was full of wine left by guests, which was quite spectacular. The interior decoration was quite high-quality, and many of the artworks and lighting were beautiful.
As soon as you sit down, the waiter has already prepared the dishes, pots and sauces, leaving only the main meal to order. We ordered American Wagyu Snowflake and Australian Wagyu. The salmon appetizer was served at the beginning, and the salmon was ice-hard. American Wagyu beef tastes very tender and melts in your mouth, while Australian Wagyu beef is more chewy and meaty.
There are not many types of dishes, but the quality of each ingredient is excellent, and it is very delicious when paired with the special Japanese sauce. The most special one is the glass noodles made from arrowroot powder, which can be eaten with sesame sauce as long as it is slightly blanched. , the texture is bouncy and the taste is light. After finishing the meal, we had dessert, which was popsicles with fruit. The fruit surprised me the most. The temperature of the fruit was controlled very well, and it tasted ice-cold and very comfortable.
