Ritz Carlton Pune was one of the best hotel I had stayed. The feeling was luxurious from the time we entered the roo. The services from the housekeeping to the restaurant to the fitness center was top notch. I was amazed by their hospitality and the grandness of everything that was provided to us. I tried their food at Three Kitchens, Asmana and Alta Vida and all were fantastic. The location of the hotel specially the rooms overlooking the Golf Course was mesmerizing as well as the fact that it was easily accessible from all the major attractions in the city made it easier to commute even though Pune traffic exhisted almost throughout the day. k Rocks resort and restaurant is very happening and most popular place around kasarsai dam. there is good food with great service . They also have special lake side huts for private lunches or celebrate occasions also. if you plan for one day trip then you can visit this place . Best time to visit 5pm when you catch amazing sunset view. parking facility is available for 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler . parking is free.so must visit.

Bird valley is a beautiful place to chill out with your family,friends and also you are couple then you can visit there is long walking path with beautiful garden and children play area .there are many park activity.Entry fee is only 10/- pr person and boating fee is also very cheap so the fee is 50/- per person . you can easily spend 2 ,3 hours. public washrooms are available here. and the best part is this place is not so crowded .So overall exprence was gud .

Aga Khan Palace is situated 7 km away from the heart of the Pune city. It was once the site where Mahatma Gandhi, his wife Kasturba Gandhi, as well as Sarojini Naidu and Mahadev Desai were held prisoners.There are museum like rooms that have the details of his time here, the stories of the freedom struggle and of the other movers and shakers of that time. Silent atmosphere and to much greenery all around the palace. Well maintained. Must Visit. Very well maintained property with all important events related to Gandhi and his wife. Multiple rooms with displays are there and lots of information is provided. There is a lovely garden area outside to chill and relax, washrooms are also there. Great for school trips and outings or people who are history enthusiasts.

palshe waterfall is located in Pune. it's wonderful waterfall to visit in rainy season. We will prefer to go in early morning else it's crowded place. this waterfall start from mid July.Waterfall was really good.. it was mystic. One can enjoy only if the water flow is at median level. There is no safety bars near the waterfall... You need to trek for 5-10 mins from main road to reach the waterfall... I have seen people risk their life to climb up the waterfall through slippery rocks and go to the source... Its risky. it's a family place also.. couple friendly.. but you need to be aware of alcohol led miscreants... Best time only after sufficient rainfall...

Nice place to visit with family & kids. Lots of photo points. Parking is issue if you go in pick hours.One of the best place to visit in Pune. Historical place, situated in the heart of city. This one being a integral part of Maratha History, feels good to be here. Seems evenings will be good Worth spending. Car parking is little bit difficult,in-house parking gets filled instantly. Need to find somewhere around. Nice place for photographs and spending time with your friend's and family. You can bring your food and have it nicely inside. Drinking Water facility available. Make sure you had loo break , specially with children as there is no facility inside. Entry fee of Rs 50/person will be accepted in CASH only.

Its a beautiful temple. Went during afternoon . We could finish darshan in around half n hour. Overall it was a good experience.The vibe of this place is awesome with turmeric powder all around. There is a 20feet wide brass tortoise at the main entry. In Sunday the free queue is real long and it can take upto 2 hours. It is advisable to take special Darshan pass 100 per person.The temple surrounding requires cleanliness.

Rajgad is a fort in theIndian state of Maharashtra. Rajgad fort was the first capital of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's Marathi kingdom. 48 km to the southwest of Pune city. I. distance and 24 kms north-west of Bhor village in Pune district. In the distance stands the mountain of Murumbadev in the middle of the valleys of the rivers Neera- Vevavandi-Kanandi and Gunjvani. Both the forts of Rajgad and Torna were at strategic locations to achieve state expansion in the Maval area. Due to the small size of the fort of Torna Fort, this fort was not convenient as a political center. Accordingly, Rajgad is inaccessible and its fort is very large. Moreover, one has to cross a hill or a river while approaching the fort from any side. There was so much security, hence Shivaji Maharaj chose Rajgad as his political centre. Rajgad has three towers and a fort. The fort of Rajgad is very tall and its height is 1394 meters above the sea level. Durgaraj Rajgad shows the height of his ambition, while Raigad fort shows the extent of Shivaji Maharaj's achievements. The citadel built from a high hill at the center of the Rajgad is a ride on earth to heaven.

Sinhagad fort is great place to visit. It is very crowded place so I recommend you should visit it as early as possible. I visited around 2 times so I will recommend you should also visit around or if possible..before 8 am. Also the place is very beautiful with some amazing scenes, great place to visit with family and friends, and even couples can have a great time and enjoy the adventure.This place has the most authentic Marathi culture food and the taste is so incredible that you would want to visit here once more.

devkund waterfall and trek is located in Pune. it's a beautiful waterfall and must visit. the trek distance is around 9KM. if you really want to see the beauty of the waterfall then visit in weekdays because weekend is very crowded there. it's around 70 away from Pune city. #waterfall #devkund #punewaterfall

#passionpassport Palase waterfall is around 50 km from Pune towards tamini ghat. Road is too pathetic n advise not to go by bike. It's half day picnic spot and Waterfall is available from July - Sept. Waterfall is not much risky. It's over crowded place during rainy season. If u really want to enjoy waterfall n Tamini ghat it's always better to go on weekdays. One of the best place to visit during monsoon for peoples residing in Pune or nearby.thought the crowd is more, but one can enjoy to the fullest. we went to see Raireshwar fort which is just 80 km near Pune and here I met a girl name suvia s we both are so closed now that we share a lot of things about each other we. stayed there for 2 days and this was worth of our tour #happynewyear
