On the afternoon of the first day, we arrived at the National Museum of China. The entrance fee was 500 tenge per person, which is less than 7 yuan! (Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan) Address: Samal-1 shaǵyn aýdany, 44. Opening hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (closed on Tuesdays) "Kok-Tobe", locally known as "Green Mountain Park". Overlooking Almaty and the snow-capped mountains, the sunset is especially beautiful! We took a taxi to the minibus location. The minibus cost 1,500 tenge to go up the mountain, and we wandered around the top of the mountain. At 4:30, we took the cable car (3,000 one-way) down the mountain and watched the sunset. You can also choose a round-trip cable car (5,000)
