Norway🇳🇴Attraction-Akershus Castle I passed this free fortress on the way back to the parking spot. It's actually a large park There is a museum at the fort where you can learn about the history. The view of Oslo's harbor from here is beautiful I walked back along the harbor and found a floating apartment. This is a large residential project It can be seen that the sales are very good There are still several places under construction in the back. 😆There are Easter eggs in the last two photos😆 Norway 🇳🇴 Attractions - Akershus Castle Passed by this free fort on the way back to the car park It is actually a large park There is a museum at the place of the fort where you can learn about the history The view of the port of Oslo from here is beautiful Walking back along the harbor, I found an apartment on the water This is a large housing project It can be seen that sales are very good A few more are under construction 😆The last two photos have easter eggs😆

It was a weekend trip to Oslo, Norway 🇳🇴 We spent our weekend exploring the city’s vibrant culture, scenic views, and historical landmarks, and I highly recommend this itinerary for anyone wanting to capture beautiful moments and get the most out of their visit. We started our weekend by visiting the famous Vigeland Sculpture Park, a place that’s both beautiful and unique 😍 The park is home to over 200 sculptures by artist Gustav Vigeland, scattered across a large, green space. We arrived early in the morning, which was perfect because the park wasn’t crowded, and the soft morning light created stunning shadows and contrasts on the sculptures ✨ 📍Nobels gate 32, 0268 Oslo We then explored Akershus Fortress, an impressive medieval castle located right by the water. The historical significance and the views of the Oslofjord are incredible. We walked around the fortress, taking pictures 📸 of the castle’s walls, the old cannons, and the panoramic views of the harbor and city. The best time to visit for photos is late afternoon, when the sun casts a warm glow over the fjord and the fortress, creating dramatic and picturesque moments. 📍Akershus Festning, 0015 Oslo We then headed to the Oslo Opera House, a modern architectural masterpiece located right on the water’s edge. The white, angular building is incredibly photogenic, especially when captured from the steps leading to the roof. We arrived in the early afternoon, when the light was bright and reflected off the building’s glass surfaces. Oslo is the capital of Norway, but honestly, it's one of the few cities I wouldn't recommend staying in for too long. The real fun in Norway isn't in the capital, but in the surrounding beautiful natural landscapes. However, since it's the capital, it's still worth a visit. The most famous building is undoubtedly the Oslo Opera House. On a sunny day, it looks like an elegant iceberg, showcasing the unique charm of Scandinavia. Next is the nearby Akershus Fortress, completed in 1340. It was primarily used to defend Oslo and also served as a prison. If you're interested in saunas, there are many sauna shops near the Opera House. When you're thoroughly steamed inside, jumping into the 7 or 8-degree sea can be quite exhilarating. The fortress itself has a great location and can be walked to from the city centre .it includes a number or artillery museums but all were closed when we visited .The fortress itself is free to enter and walk around.
