"Meatless" Vegetarian Dinner Buffet in Tsuen Wan
#100 Ways to Travel
I suddenly wanted to eat vegetarian food that day, so I thought of going to "Meatless" in Tsuen Wan, a restaurant that claims to have a meat-free diet (it still contains eggs, milk, spicy food, etc., please consider according to your needs).
The buffet dinner on Saturday costs $139 per person without any extra charge, but you have to clean up your own dishes. As there are additional discounts for senior citizens, there are many senior groups and families visiting here, so the environment is a bit noisy. The dining time is set at 90 minutes. If there are many people waiting for a table outside, the staff will kindly remind us to leave.
The food variety is quite extensive, with cold dishes including fruits, salads, pickles, okra, etc. There are also a variety of salad dressings for guests to use.
The staple foods include rice, corn porridge and gassho melon soup. The gassho melon soup is quite sweet and refreshing, with the sweet flavor of carrots.
The hot food is quite diverse, including stir-fried vegetables, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, fried vegetables and tofu, fried noodles, etc. The dishes served each time may be different, and the choices are endless.
Fried foods occupy an entire corner, including fried sweet potatoes, fried vegetables, fried egg rolls, etc. But please note that since they are not continuously heated, it is recommended to enjoy them immediately after they come out of the oven, otherwise they will not taste good when they get cold.
If you are passing by and want to eat vegetarian food, you may want to give it a try.
