The lovely single bed is perfect for traveling alone. Although the room is small, the configuration is surprisingly complete. The use of space is very tight. It is just right for me who is traveling alone. When I opened the small wardrobe, there was only one hanger. Hahaha, but the water heater, teacups, and slippers are also prepared. It can be said that all the basic needs of accommodation are taken care of. The space is not big, but it is just right and comfortable, and all the items are complete and clean. Go out from the hotel and turn left, Knutsford Terrace in front of you is the bar street, it is very lively at night, it is very convenient and safe if you want to get a little drunk, you can walk back to the hotel. Very value for money stay in Hong Kong in the Kowloon side in TST which is close to the bars area and Korean restaurants. Just that you have to walk uphill so if u have a heavy luggage will be a bit challenging.

Real feeling: I was a little disappointed with the Lux Hotel in Hong Kong this time. The hygiene level was worrying. The data speed is very slow and the network is often disconnected, which is very annoying. The TV also has very few channel options, with only about 10 channels in total to choose from. The soundproofing is also very poor. If there is any noise from the next room, or the TV or mobile phone volume is turned up too loud, I will be unable to fall asleep. There is only one elevator and the space is very narrow. Speaking of the hotel's geographical location, although it is located in the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui area, to get to 8 Observatory Circuit you have to climb a very steep slope. All in all, I will not recommend you to stay in this hotel again. It also requires a deposit of 1,000 Hong Kong dollars, which is really not worth it. For the same price, there are many hotels with better CP value and better transportation to choose from nearby! Finally, let me remind you that you cannot call an Uber at the Lux Hotel in Hong Kong because its location is so bad! You have to walk a long way down the hill to the Empire Hotel Kowloon below to be able to call an Uber! Super inconvenient! I seldom write negative reviews. However, as we didn't have the budget, even a 3-star hotel like this required a deposit of $1,000. Finally, the receptionist changed it to $500. But this kind of three-star hotel is really not worth paying a $1000 deposit. The room is smaller than expected, like a mini hotel, but the space is practical and suitable for one person! A single bed is separated from the bathroom and shower room by a glass wall. The equipment is quite complete and has what you need. However, there is no free bottled water, which can be purchased at the reception. Overall, if you just want to stay overnight without any enjoyment, this hotel is okay. The price is reasonable. You can stay here for less than 300 Hong Kong dollars on a free day in Tsim Sha Tsui District.
