The Abbasi Hotel is one of Iran's most famous historical hotels. It was converted from a 17th-century Safavid-era caravanserai. The interior decoration is full of Persian art elements, like a palace, and every place is full of gorgeousness and exquisiteness. The all-wood carved spiral staircase, the brilliant lighting, and the meticulously carved murals all exude a strong Persian style. Dining here is like being in an art museum.

I went to Ashreshteh in the Abassi Hotel. You can use the restaurant at the Abassi Hotel even if you are not a guest. The restaurant is located in the garden inside the hotel, and you can eat in a very nice atmosphere. I went there for dinner, and it was lit up and had a very romantic atmosphere. It is open from 10:30 to 23:00, and I recommend Ashreshteh, a noodle soup made from traditional Iranian herbs and beans. For dessert, I had Farudeh, an Iranian-style shaved ice.
