A tip is to check the National Day Parades preview dates and find a Saturday to come over to Raffles City area. This year I did not manage to get balloted for the tickets but I will still come over to enjoy the crowd. There are also many vantage viewing points in this area to watch the helicopter fly-pass and fireworks. 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung We used to come here a lot for the food but it was our first time here to just grab drinks. I’m so presently surprised by the service here, we were just talking ti each other that this place is cold, and the next moment we were given a shawl, this already win our hearts! The waitress here also very knowledgeable about their house rum and drinks, she patiently explained to us and help us find the best fit for us :) they are also very generous with their snacks, they serves free complimentary snacks and nuts This is a perfect place for a drink, cozy and classic at the same time. Not so crowded and it’s a quiet place. We had to order the rum flight because it’s a rum bar, it also come with a chocolate which is really delicious. I would recommend this place!! Prices here are pretty standard, but it’s different from the noisy hidden bar that I usually goes to. Give it a try!
