Kathu or Wat Nai Tu is located at 76 Ban Kathu, Wichitsongkhram Road, Village No. 4, Tambon Kathu, Amphoe Kathu, Phuket Province. The temple has a total land area of 26 rai, 3 ngan, and 78 square wa. To the north is the mountain, to the south is Wichitsongkhram Road, to the east is private land, and to the west is Kathu Police Station. The temple also has 3 more plots of monastic land with an area of 45 rai. History of Wat Kathu, printed in 1984. The temple is located on a plateau sloping along the hillside. It has 3 levels. The highest level is the Buddhist area, the middle level is the Sangha area, and the lowest level is the area used for gardening and various buildings. There is a chapel 10.50 meters wide and 24 meters long, built in 1981. The structure is reinforced concrete with a 3-tiered roof. Construction is underway. It is a new chapel. The old building was a wooden building, built in 1949, completely damaged. The sala is 22 meters wide, 36 meters long, built in 1976, the structure is reinforced concrete, the roof is 2 stories. The dining hall is 12 meters wide, 25 meters long, built in 1972, the structure is reinforced concrete, the roof is 1 story. There are 5 monks' huts, wooden and concrete buildings.
