en route to Philip island , my tour stopped at cowes which is a town close to Philip island to visit the cute little penguins. the town is very beautiful in fact and it’s filled with colorful shop houses that sell many variety of things such as food , restaurant bars and necessities as well as ice cream gelato. very interesting place to be at. and you can stop over here for a short break or meal such as dinner before going to visit the Philip island penguins. there is also a grocery stop so it’s very easy and convenient for the people here. the jetty is also very pretty but do note that it’s quite windy. so buckle up!

Phillip Island Wildlife Park 🇦🇺
#timetotravel
Phillip Island Wildlife Park, situated in the stunning Phillip Island, Australia, is a true gem for wildlife lovers. I had the pleasure of visiting this park, and it exceeded all my expectations.
The park offers a close encounter with Australia's unique wildlife. You can hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, which was an incredible experience. These gentle creatures hop right up to you for a snack, and it's a heartwarming interaction.
Wandering through the park, I encountered emus, koalas, wombats, and colorful native birds. The highlight was witnessing the adorable little penguins, a Phillip Island icon, in their natural habitat. The evening penguin parade is a must-see.
The park's commitment to conservation and education is evident, and the staff is passionate about wildlife protection. They provide insightful information about the animals and their habitats.
Phillip Island Wildlife Park is a fantastic place to connect with Australia's wildlife, making it a memorable and educational experience for visitors of all ages.

Phillip Island Penguin Parade, Melbourne 🇦🇺
#wheretogo
When visiting Melbourne, Australia, one of the must-visit attractions is Phillip Island for the ever popular Penguin Parade.
The Phillip Island Penguin Parade allows you to watch little penguins cross the beach at sunset. It takes place each evening around sunset, and is truly a wonderful experience!
Highly recommend booking tickets in advance so you don’t have to queue and to make sure it doesn’t sell out in peak season.
My rating of this attraction: 5 ⭐️ out of 5!
Phillip Island Nature Park is a 90-minute drive from Melbourne, home to the worlds largest and most protected small blue penguin colony. Because it was very inconvenient to rent a car, I reported to the local Chinese travel agency for a half-day tour. I went to the zoo to see the koala feeding the kangaroo, then the chocolate factory, and finally came to the island to wait for the sunset penguin to return home. For the purpose of protection, watching penguins is not allowed to take pictures (pictures come from the official website). In December, the little penguins swim ashore at around 8:20 in the evening. As the bottom of the food chain, the road to home is quite hard. I suggest that you can look at the observation deck for a while, wait for a few batches of wood plank roads when you come ashore, there are a lot of little penguins swaying back to the nest, it is very cute.

Phillip Island Chocolate Factory Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Chocolate Factory
Good place to visit for family and kids. The factory is small. Entry to the cafe is free and for the tour it's $18 per person. What you get is a token with a QR code (10 credit points) and a chocolate bar. You can use the token to play games that are towards the end of the tour and earn wooden balls.
