Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
8,500 elevation to snow!
Palm Springs tram was quite an adventure. Go from 60 degree sunny weather to 35 degrees and snow! The ride up was about 10-12 mins, the tram does rotate 360 so you get a glimpse of all the views of the valley! Once at the very top, there’s multiple option of food and drinks, the hot chocolate was amazing and needed for warmth. Plenty of seating for breaks which you will need, the paths are SUPER steep! Definitely a great trip and recommend if you’re not afraid of heights. #palmsprings #aerialtram #deserttosnow #awesomepic #heights #trees #mountains

Palm Springs became famous in the 1900s, as a favorite retreat for John Muir and his daughters early in the century, and developing into a refuge for glamorous movie stars into the 1930s. Now, it’s no less fabulous, but has a more robust tourism industry accessible to all! While in Palm Springs, be sure to spend an early morning wandering through the massive, “furry” palm trees in Andreas Canyon (part of the Indian Canyons). The light is especially beautiful early in the morning, and it’s nice to be able to explore the area before the crowds start to arrive around 9:30/10:00am. Afterward, stop at the Moorten Botanical Garden to wander the really beautifully curated maze of exotic desert plants and cacti. You also won’t want to miss some of the famous Palm Springs mid-century modern design and architecture — my favorite spots are the Parker Hotel, the Palm Springs Architecture Museum, Palm Springs Art Museum’s Architecture and Design Center, Twin Palms Estates, Coachella Valley Savings and Loan, Elrod House Interior, and the Tramway Gas Station. Be sure to wander the main street to check out the beautiful mid-century home design shops and funky clothing boutiques, and enjoy the diverse food scene. On your way out, stop at San Gorgonio Pass for a photo-op with a sea of windmills! #awesomepic

A city in the desert
About 2 hours East of the sprawling metropolis of Los Angeles lies a city on the edge of the Mojave Desert, Palm Spring.
The city has a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops like many places of its size, but what really sets it apart is its selection of unique tourist attractions. Some of these include the fantastic Living Desert wildlife park, the botanical gardens and the Arial tramway taking you to new heights.
Further away you can also find the mars like landscape of the Joshua Tree National Park and the western filming location of Pioneertown #voyagevibes

Palm Springs to the rescue, the trees here are hairy.
This place with many hairy trees is Indian Canyons in Palm Springs, a nature reserve. This tree is actually a kind of palm tree, called fan palm, and the hair on the tree, look carefully, it turns out to be the dried leaves of the palm tree! It's like a Hawaiian girl in a grass skirt, isn't it!
🤍
▫️Recommended route
Because it was already quite hot when we went, it was about 33 degrees that day, so I only chose a hiking route in the park, called Andreas Canyon Trail, which is along the creek. I accidentally fell into the creek in the middle of the photo. The whole journey is only 1.2 miles. The first half is along the creek and palm trees. The second half can see the canyon. It is a loop. The scenery is super good!
🤍
▫️Recommended season & time
We walked for about an hour with the photos. Although there are many shelters in the first half, the big sun in California is still very hot, so I suggest going in the morning. In addition, I don't recommend going in summer. It's too hot there in summer. Finally, you must drink more water and sunscreen!

Moorten Botanical Garden.
Visiting the Moorten Botanical Garden was a wonderful and enjoyable experience. Located in Palm Springs, California, USA, this beautiful garden is considered one of the oldest botanical gardens in the area.
When I entered Moorten Park, I felt like I had stepped into a world of natural beauty. The garden features a variety of desert plants and beautiful cacti. The diverse shapes and colors of plants that grow in harsh and arid conditions were truly amazing.
I enjoyed walking around the park and seeing various types of cacti, such as agave, aloe vera, and more. The plants were beautifully and orderly displayed, making the visit interesting and engaging. There were also rare plants and desert plant collections imported from all over the world.
One of the highlights of Moorten Park was the hanging tree pavilion, where you can enter this suite and walk under the beautiful hanging trees, enjoying the shade and fresh air. This experience was truly amazing and refreshing.

The Power of Action and Resilience
In moments of doubt, when surrender seems tempting, I remind myself of a simple truth: the path of least resistance won't lead to progress. I embrace the struggle, knowing it won't get easier by backing down. Amidst difficulties lies the opportunity for change, however small. Inaction guarantees defeat; action is the beacon of hope. Every step I take, no matter how challenging, propels me forward. I navigate storms, steering my ship with newfound determination. Action conquers doubt, and amidst the tempest, I discover my strength. 🌊⚓🌟

Your Dream Friday: Reliving Childhood Dreams by the Sea
So, according to my senses, today's Friday, but let me tell you, my Friday is not like your typical Friday 😅 You know that feeling when you leave work/school and you just know that you have the weekend to relax, and then the next weekend, and then the next one after that... that's exactly how I feel right now 😂
When I was a kid, I used to get so sad when summer came to an end and we had to fly back home. And my only dream was to become an animator, so I could live by the sea. Come on, admit it, you've thought about that at least once in your life too, haven't you? ;)
Quick girls trip out of the busy city! Had such a blast relaxing in this warm weather!

Palm Springs, USA, is located in the valley of the Colorado Desert and is an oasis city by the desert. Palm Springs has 350 days of sunny days every year and deserves to be the city of daylight. Strolling farther, under the stars, listening to the sound of the desert, let your thoughts fly, this piece of heaven and earth belongs to you at this time.
The most famous places here are mineral springs, ski resorts, golf courses, palm trees swaying by the road and shopping shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon Dr. The most distinctive tourist attraction here is the Palm Springs Rotating Cable Car, one of the most spectacular high-altitude cable cars in the world, comparable to the high-altitude cable cars in the Alps. The cable car takes you from the Tramway Rd. at the foot of the San Jacinto mountain to the 2.5-mile mountain. Visitors can go hiking in the summer and ski in the mountains in winter.
This has also attracted a lot of people to live here, a new generation of Hollywood first-line stars have succumbed to the temptation of the desert and the relaxed privacy it provides. The Palm Springs International Film Festival, held every January, was founded by the then mayor, Sonny Bono, and attracted Clint Eastwood, John Travolta, Ron Howard, and Halle Barry. Leonard DiCaprio (has permanent residence here), Anne Hathaway and other celebrities, Dakota Fanning and more.
