"Former Tamura Family Samurai Residence" Today, we would like to introduce the "Former Tamura Family Samurai Residence" in Fukui Prefecture. It is the residence of Tamura Matazaemon, a chief retainer of the Ono Domain, built in 1827. The Former Tamura Family Residence is a building that was dismantled and restored from the residence of Tamura Matazaemon, who served as a chief retainer of the Ono Domain. It is a city-designated cultural property and one of the few samurai residences built in the Edo period in the prefecture. There are about 2000 windmills, and there are many colorful windmills outside, so it's worth seeing. On the JR line heading east from Fukui Station, there is a town called Echizen Ono. Don't you think it's exciting to travel to a place where you know Fukui but don't know the town of Ono? ? It's a castle town a little away from Fukui that's probably only known to those in the know, but I felt that it was a pretty dynamic town, with local gourmet food, tourist spots, and one of Japan's 100 famous waters. And the place where I stayed this time was "Guesthouse Sloth", a really fun place, and they took me from Echizen Ono to the Dinosaur Museum in a tuk-tuk.
