This is a photo of Chichijima in the Ogasawara Islands, which I visited previously. It takes about 24 hours one way from Takeshiba in Tokyo to Chichijima. Moreover, the boat only leaves about once a week, so it takes almost a week to go there and back, making it a remote island among remote islands. As it is registered as a World Heritage Site, the rich nature remains intact, and you can feel very close to it. You can experience a variety of things, including marine sports, trekking, and stargazing. You can also have exotic experiences such as stewed turtle, which is something you don't often experience. The hamburger in the photo looks like a normal hamburger, but it is actually shark meat. Also, since we are on the same boat for almost a whole day, conversations naturally arise and we interact, and we also casually interact with people staying at the same inn and before we know it, we've started drinking together. It was a very unique trip among the trips I have ever experienced.
