Clean, spacious with seats outside the room to chill as well, it was worth the price of only 20$ a night. If you get a chance to visit Ninh Binh, a place you will need to experience and visit has to be The Viet Ancient Village. Located near town, this village has props, houses made of straw for you to role play and pick up items as if you live here. I also got to enter the houses and they even had a functional toilet as well. located at Ninh Hải, Hoa Lư District, Ninh Bình, Vietnam

Dia Tang Phi Lai Pagoda - Located 28km north of Ninh Binh, the temple was built in 11th Century was later refurbished in 2015. The complex were built in Champa architectural style with distintive character seen in its roof style and tiles. The complex nestled at the foot of a hill with secondary forest and bamboos as its background. You can feel the serenity and tranquil atmosphere while appreciating the intriquite timber detail as it main structure. The caretaker did a good job in taking care of it. A well maintain piece of heritage for the future generation.

In September this year, I went on a whirlwind trip to Vietnam! Our plan was to visit various places like Ha Long Bay, but Typhoon Yagi hit and ruined all our plans 😂 The roof of the hotel I was staying at got ripped off, and it felt like a life-threatening situation 🤣 In Hanoi, many trees were knocked down due to the typhoon's impact, but we decided to make the best of it and went to Ninh Binh! The pho and banh mi were absolutely delicious! I will definitely go back to Vietnam for a revenge trip! 😊

Amazing hike went for 500 steps there are stops where you can catch your breath then keep going, to buy water and snacks. Titop island is well known for its sculpture and clear waters surrounding it, which can easily be reached if you take or rent a boat. A place with interesting man statue and also sights of limestone, this will take one away from stress and busk in nature beauty unfortunately we did not have time to hike 400 steps to enjoy views but will be back to do so next time to be around clear waters and get top views

If you happen to visit Ninh Binh, do check out this temple that is open till late night. decided to visit evening time as it will allow me to see the temple being lit - however, it was very big and did not have time to finish exploring. Ninh Binh is located around 90 km. away from Hanoi. I visited Hanoi for 5 days and was wondering if there is a beautiful natural place to go. I came up with Nih Binh since it is known as 'the inland cousin of Ha Long Bay' and it was a filming location of Kong: Skull Island (2017). I took a van directly from Hanoi which takes 1.5 hours and stayed there for one night. I took a boat cave tour at Tràng An to see hidden temples and lots of beautiful scenery. Also, in the morning, I went to Mua Cave for hiking. Although it was tiring with steps, the view from the top is great. #ninhbinh #vietnam #hanoi

Boating at Mua Caves .. great experience. A must do activity when you are there in Vietnam.. people are friendly. we used Cozy tours and travels. their guide was great ans had good knowledge of the area and its history..

I've seen a lot of reviews, there are many one-day trip programs in tour shops, but no one has stayed overnight. Today, I would like to review "Wanna go to Ninh Binh without a tour?" It's easy, good income, just have to spend 6-10 hours in front of the computer per day (Hmmmm...not really). It's easy, really easy, but you'll probably have more than 1 day. Go in early June, 2 nights, 3 days. When you get there, if the bag you bring is small and can be carried anywhere, you can rent a motorbike from the shop in front of Ninh Binh train station. The price is 100,000-120,000 per day, depending on the car. The shop will ask for your ID card. But if you have a lot of bags and burdens, call a taxi in front of the station. Go to Tam Coc, about 8-9 kilometers, Trang An 9 kilometers, Hang Mua 7 kilometers. The fare for all the places mentioned should not exceed 80,000. If it exceeds, just keep going. When you arrive at the hotel, you can't find a motorcycle rental shop. There is a motorcycle delivery service that will take you to the hotel for 100,000 baht per day. Search Google for "motorbike for rent" and you will get a lot to choose from. Then we send an SMS to the number that appears. I repeat, send it as an SMS because the shop will copy and translate it in the translate system. If you call, you won't be able to communicate. There are more gas stations than minimarts. For accommodation, I recommend the Tam Coc area. It is very lively and close to important tourist attractions. But if you plan to go to Hang Mua Cave, staying at Mua Caves Ecolodge is a good choice because there is no entrance fee to Hang Mua. The accommodation is quite beautiful, inexpensive, and very peaceful. But it is far from the city. There are no restaurants around because the hotel is in the middle of the mountain. Mua Cave is located 5km north of Tam Coc village center in the Ninh Binh region. It’s approximately a 10-minute ride on a scooter from the town center to reach the entrance to Mua Cave.
