Your really need to go and explore it because anything that I will describe it was get even close. Its narrow streets are very beautiful, they are decorated with flowers and you can walk along them smelling the flowers and at different times coffee, bakery and even super nice food for the restaurants. If you are not a fan of the Spanish cuisine you will also get to experience a very French Brasserie and an Italian Restaurant. Canoeing to Hidden Waterfalls Our favorite day started right from Burriana Beach, where we grabbed canoes and paddled along the turquoise waters. Hugging the coastline, we discovered hidden caves, dramatic cliffs, and, best of all, cascading waterfalls. The kids loved the thrill of paddling under the spray, and we even stopped for a swim in the crystal-clear coves. A true bucket-list moment! The Sierra Nevada Adventure Just an hour’s drive from Nerja, the Sierra Nevada mountains offer a complete change of scenery. The winding roads led us to breathtaking views of rugged peaks and lush valleys. We stopped at quaint villages along the way for tapas and cold drinks, soaking in the serene mountain vibes. The views from the top? Absolutely worth the drive. Very cool seeing this without all the snow. But depending on when you go, you could be standing on snow in the morning, and back in the beach by the afternoon. Along the beach are so many restaurants and bars to enjoy, my ultimate recommendation is Ayo for THE BEST paella 🥘 you will ever have. You’ll find a pretty long queue on the beach front but that just shows you how good it is. From sea to sky, Nerja delivers it all. Nerja is a small town in southern Spain, about an hour's bus ride from Malaga. Malaga is, of course, famous for its beaches and beautiful women, but we decided to head to Nerja for half a day on a whim. Upon arrival, wow! The lovely and warm Mediterranean sunset, the endless sea view, it was truly breathtaking. The seaside also has many beautiful buildings, every angle is like a wallpaper-worthy scene, and the temperature was very comfortable, not sweaty at all. It turns out that the beach was already occupied by many people enjoying the slow-paced atmosphere. There are also many vacation homes by the sea, and after checking the prices, they are not expensive at all! We didn't prepare for swimming or sunbathing, which was a big mistake! 🕰️Business hours: It's best to take a bus from Malaga in the morning and return to Malaga at 10/11 PM, or stay overnight. 💰Average cost: Seaside restaurant prices are not cheap, expect to spend 30-40 euros for a meal. Note 1: Don't eat meat, their seafood is much better. Note 2: It's not recommended to go alone, as you'll need someone to take beautiful photos! Also, many restaurants' paella is for two or more people. Note 3: Malaga has direct flights to Doha/Turkey.

Many people are put off the Costa Del Sol by the reputation of resort towns such as Torremolinos and Benalmadena and their 70s style apartment block, however heading the opposite way when landing in Malaga airport you will be rewarded with a different feel.
