Yixing Bamboo Shoot Digging Tour | The most relaxing route to explore Nanshan Bamboo Sea.
| The most relaxing route to explore Nanshan Bamboo Sea. ||| Short holiday, long happiness
🥳 This is another 3-day, 2-night trip to the suburbs.
N went to Liyang and Yixing, and went home with Xiaomuyu every year.
My classmate's aunt took us to pick tea and dig bamboo shoots every time.
We dug bamboo shoots on the land of the locals there.
It was a really good experience!
🌟 Day 1 Check in to the homestay after arrival - Zaihui Lou for dinner
[Zaihui Lou] We bought a group meal, the dishes were average, but the location was close, and the bayberry wine at the door was good. The owner of this shop was very polite, maybe because we bought a group meal, so the bamboo shoots were not fresh this year.
🌟 Day 2 Nanshan Bamboo Sea - Jiashun Farm
[Nanshan Bamboo Sea] The route for kids who don't want to walk is very simple.
Buy a CNY 240 package on Ctrip, including tickets and transportation. Note that although there are discounts for the elderly, if you want to take transportation, please buy tickets together!
🗺️ Itinerary:
Take the train after entering the gate (you need to walk a distance), and the train will take you to Shouxing Square. Shouxing Square is a transfer station, where trains, cable cars, and ground trains are transferred. Please remember this square.
⬅️ Left ground cable car: [Jiming Village] [Bamboo Museum] [Panda Museum] (If you only want to see pandas, go directly to the Panda Museum, no need to go around).
I think these three attractions are worth visiting, especially the Bamboo Museum, which has a lot of knowledge. It is not recommended to bring a stroller, as this route is full of steps, which is very inconvenient. I think it is suitable for kids over 3 years old.
➡️ Right cable car: After getting off the ground cable car, there is a cable car, where you can take photos with good scenery, and there is a [Cliff Restaurant] to sit.
🚂 Return: After getting off the cable car, you can choose to walk back or take the train. We didn't want to walk, so we bought a CNY 20 train ticket per person. If it is summer, it is recommended to walk back, as there is a small river for stream tracing~
This way, the whole journey is not tiring. We were slow and arrived at the homestay at 4 pm.
