There are also two puppies in the temple, lying on the wooden floor basking in the sun

Wanshou palace ancient street
Wanshou palace is a very famous attraction in Nanchang. It is a street that was redesigned to look like an ancient Chinese street, with a temple in the middle. The best part of this street is the food options. It varies from fancy restaurants to local street food. It is especially beautiful at night when all the lights are on. Night time also offers street performers, so there's music all along the way.

Nanchang: A Symphony of Tradition and Progress
Two days long trip to Nanchang was fun, exciting and tiring too. We took the high speed train from Changshu to Shanghai Hongqiao. It was night train with the shortest duration. We arrived in Nanchang in the very early morning. After check in, we rode public ebike (so convenient) to explore surroundings. Later we went to Bayi Square (one of the famous place) and spent some time there. There are Wanda plaza, Luckin coffee, KFC and other malls nearby. Later in the afternoon we went to the Bayi park east lake to have a storll. The next stop was at the Wanshou Palace near Bayi square. This palace area is really big with full of shops, restaurants, museum, etc. Later at that night we chilled at the Yojo Bar at T16 mall with live music.
On second day, we went to a bit far place called `Lucerne Town`. This neighborhood is designed with many European style building but most of the complex are empty. There is a park called `Rongchuang` located by the `Nine Dragon` lake with scenic spots around. The next stop was on the other side of the lake called `Rongchuang Mall`. The entrance of this mall is so different with ceramic designed huge bowls and jars. Loved the idea. Thia mall is big with many shops and restaurants. On the other side of the mall there is the `Nanchang Sunac Land` amusement park. Ticket orice is cheaper after 4pm. (119 rmb) including many rides (mostly for children's). It was fun.
On the third day morning, we went to the most visited place of Nanchang `Tengwang Pavilion`. We couldn't go inside the pavilion due to over crowd and long queue. However, we enjoyed strolling around.
I would suggest for a 3 days plan if you ever decide to visit in Nnachang. You can leave with some satisfaction.

Nanchang ocean park
This is a wonderful small aquarium for small kids. The shark tunnel is amazing and kids love running up and down the tunnel. They also have seal shows for a little bigger kids. On the top floor of the aquarium is a restaurant with fast food and acceptable prices and a penguin enclosure. At the exit is a toy shop and the prices are not too high comparing to other aquariums. #nanchang #oceanpark

Western Brunch (TGS Nanchang)
This was the first time going to have brunch at this particular restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The food was served on time and it was well cooked. The waiter asked if dessert should be served with the meal or after and even came back to remind us that we still had the ice cream and waffles. I definitely recommend it.#foodie #restaurantweek #brunch

An evening trip to Nanchang’s T16 mall…
Address - T16 mall is a shoppers paradise located along South Lushan road just before the famous Bayi Bridge on your way into Nanchang’s CBD. It is a class mall that has captured the hearts and minds of the luxurious people of Nanchang.
Highlights - What makes the spot unique is the way the building itself was built, it is like a huge cruise ship if you look at it from one end, and just outside the other entrance, you’ll find a Yacht: I bet the owner is super fond of boats or he was a Captain in some other lifetime.
Rating - Personally I’d give the place 8/10 because it’s lavish and looks so good all round.
The location is just opposite a main road, and there are buses that pass through this route. There’s also a subway station on line 1, South Lushan. Be sure to check it out, and best to go at night as the place is so colorful and well lit.

End of Sept, beginning of Oct: 尊品 steakhouse
Shoutout to my brother Diplomontage T, what a way to end September 2022 and begin the blessed month of October. We headed out to Zunpin Steakhouse which is a well-known steak chain restaurant originating from Taiwan. It officially landed in mainland China in the year 2003. At present, many steak chain restaurants have been developed in many provinces across the country and are still being added, so yeah, it’s growing.
Today they proved that indeed Zunpin Steak adheres to the business philosophy of "quality + service" and serves consumers with "flat price, superior quality and thoughtful service". A variety of selected meat and seafood products are on the menu but we had to tryout only the land animals so we went for lamb chops and some spaghetti with beef. Best believe it was fresh and juicy, off course with some juice on the side. The chef did a wonderful job to create not only a unique taste, but an excellent and authentic taste.
As they say, to further promote the development of steak western food and bring people a better life enjoyment, they are always ready to meet the needs of consumers and franchisees with first-class service and superior quality.
If you haven’t tried it, go quickly and try some.

A closer look at Wanke Mall during the day…..
Metro Vanke Square is a suitable place for all ages to play. On the first floor, there is a meland club on the ceiling of Nanchang Paradise, the second and third floors, adult and children's clothing retail, and Zhong Shuge, which loves to punch in. A shopping mall worth recommending.
Convenient transportation, the subway line 1 is seamlessly connected. The first meland is so great and beautiful. Great place to go and relax, have fun whilst eating, dancing and doing all sorts of good things with friends and family. It is one of Nanchang’s new malls but it is already popular amongst the young.

The wavy looking grass of Poyang, WOW!!!
The soil in Yugan County is generally distributed from south to north and from high to low, that is, from hills to plains. The soil is fertile and the texture is loose. The landform is basically composed of low hills and lakeside plains. The terrain is high in the southeast and low in the northwest. It slowly slopes from the southeast hills to the northwest and transitions to the lakeside plain. Baiyun Peak in the south is 390 meters above sea level, and the emperor's hat in the north is about 13 meters above sea level. The remaining dry is located on the south bank of Poyang. Poyang Lake is the largest freshwater lake in China. The rising water is a lake, the withered water is a continent, and the lake, harbor and Caozhou are scattered. Poyang Lake has a total area of 3583 square kilometers, and the remaining trunk has a jurisdiction of 640 square kilometers. The vast Binhu Grass Island (especially in the 13.34 million hectares of Wusong elevation of more than 15.6 meters), most of the soil is fertile tidal soil and grassy soil, with high organic matter content, which is conducive to the growth of quinoa in Yugan Poyang Lake

Prince Teng pavilion
Prince Teng pavilion is a very beautiful park in Nanchang City, Jiangxi province. I highly recommend seeing it. It shows the life of the people in Tang dynasty. You can see the clothes they wore, the room setting. There's also museum at the bottom of the pavilion and a gift shop. Around the pavilion is a very beautiful park, great for a short walk, have a rest, eat some food. There's also convenience store next to the pavilion for buying drinks and snacks. There's an option of taking a boat from one side of the river to the pavilion at night and enjoy it under beautiful colorful lights. It's worth seeing it many times.#rediscovertravel
The memorial walls at Bayi Square in Nanchang
Today we take a lesson in history about the liberation war. Let’s have a look at the memorial steel walls at Bayi Square in Nanchang.
In June 1946, the ruling group of the Kuomintang launched a national civil war, from which the National War of Liberation began
From September 1948 to January 1949, the People's Liberation Army carried out three major campaigns, Liaoshen, Huaihai and Pingjin, and wiped out more than 1.54 million enemy troops. The main military forces that the Kuomintang relied on to maintain its reactionary rule were basically destroyed. From February 1949 to June 1950, the People's Liberation Army took the river crossing campaign as a starting point and launched a major march to liberate the whole of China. On April 20, a hundred thousand strong divisions crossed the Yangtze River from Hukou in the west to Jiangyin in the east, completely destroying the Kuomintang army's Yangtze River defense line. On April 23, Nanjing was liberated, declaring the complete collapse of the Kuomintang's reactionary rule.
On May 16, Chen Geng, commander of the Fourth Corps of the Second Field Army, ordered the 37th Division of the 13th Army of the Corps to attack Nanchang.
On the th, Zhou Xueyi, the commander of the 37th Division, and Lei Qiyun, the political commissar, led the troops along the muddy path from Guixi.
On the evening of the 20th, the 37th Division arrived at Guanli Miao Village on the east bank of Fuhe River. On the 21st, did the troops cross the Fuhe River with the Kuomintang army
Yunjun No.1 Primary School No.75 division interest fund battle. In the early morning of the 22nd, Xiawei, retreated to Nanchang City.

The famous tower of Nanchang at Bayi Square!
The historical tower at Bayi Square in Nanchang has always been a symbol to showcase how the people of Jiangxi Nanchang are together. The true symbol of collectivism.

Day trip to Bayi Square in Nanchang
Today we take a trip to BaYi Square.
Nearly 80 years of history shows that the People's Liberation Army is a people's army, the backbone of China's revolutionary victory, and the people's democracy
The strong pillar of dictatorship is the Great Wall of steel to defend the motherland.
After the founding of New China, the People's Liberation Army defended the security and dignity of the country's territory and the peace and happiness of the people. The war to resist US aggression and aid Korea from October 1950 to July 1953 smashed the aggressive plan of US imperialism. Since the 1950s, the people's Liberation Army has smashed Taiwan's Kuomintang's conspiracy to invade the mainland and shot down American planes invading China's airspace. The China India border self-defence counterattack, Vietnam aid and anti US war, the self-defence counterattack of Treasure Island, and the severe punishment of the South Vietnamese army invading the Xisha Islands have all contributed to the peace and tranquility of the country.
The People's Liberation Army has also actively participated in supporting socialist construction. In key national construction projects such as railways, highways, bridges, factories and mines, the PLA officers and men have all worked hard under the influence of alcohol; In every major rescue and disaster relief, the PLA officers and fighters have played a prominent role as the backbone. During the flood fighting and rescue in 1998, especially in the battle to block the breach of the Jiujiang Yangtze River levee, the vast number of officers and soldiers showed their selfless spirit and won widespread praise from the people.
Since reform and opening up, the people's Liberation Army has adhered to the principle of building the army with quality and strengthening the army with science and technology, and has made remarkable achievements in its own construction.
Based on the disarmament of more than 1 million yuan, the historic feat of Hong Kong and Macao garrison was achieved, and Shenzhou V and VI manned space flights were successfully carried out
Yes, the sixth manned space flight
The flying dream of our automobile nation for thousands of years has come true. The facts of the Chinese revolution have proved that "without the self likeness of the people of Nan'er, there can be no one of the people"

A trip to Nanchang Fu River park! Wow!
Nanchang Fuhe Park is an open park covering an area of 280,000 square meters. The east coast line starts from Ruzi Bridge to Generaldu, and the West Coast Line starts from Zi'an Road (Provincial Museum) to Generaldu, with a total length of about 4.6 kilometers from north and south. In early spring, there are birds and flowers in Fuhe Park, and willow trees on both sides of the embankment are shaded.
The quiet and elegant environment provides a good place for leisure, entertainment and fitness for the general public.
Definitely a place worth visiting if you want to take a stroll around the river.
