If nature had a color palette, it would definitely be Western Australia! Having visited WA six times, I've reached Lucky Bay in Esperance to the south, Exmouth to the north, and Kalgoorlie for gold panning inland. From coastline to golden outback, WA truly has it all. Here are my favorite spots: 1️⃣ Rottnest Island: The quokkas are absolutely adorable 2️⃣ Exmouth: Ningaloo National Park – in my opinion, Australia's most beautiful coral reefs! Swim with whale sharks from April to October 3️⃣ Albany-Esperance: Two hidden gem towns in southern WA, cool in summer. From January to April, you can spot orcas in Bremer Bay. Lucky Bay is often called Australia's most beautiful beach, while I personally love Greens Pool near Denmark 4️⃣ Margaret River: A classic holiday region with not just coastlines but towering forests and caves. I visited Nambung National Park, about 200km north of Perth. You can see the Pinnacles here! It is believed that in ancient times, shells accumulated in this corner of the seaside, creating a limestone foundation, and after the virgin forest that had deep roots there died, the limestone layers that remained between the roots due to weathering of the earth remained like stone pillars. #wheretogo When in Perth Western Australia, one of my must-visits is The Pinnacles desert located in the Nambung National Park, about 200km drive (approximately 2 hours) from Perth city. Exploring this geological wonder full of limestone structures is like a moon-like experience where you will feel like you’ve been transported to another world. Really enjoyed this amazing park, it was well worth the visit. Nature lovers won’t want to miss this! My rating of this attraction: 5 ⭐️ out of 5!

The Pinnacles Desert in Perth is a unique and awe-inspiring natural wonder that is well worth a visit. Located in the Nambung National Park, it features thousands of limestone pillars rising from the sand, creating an otherworldly landscape. What’s more, you can drive your way into the desert and marvel at these unusual rock spires up close! It’s about two hours drive from Perth, and entry fees apply. The Pinnacles desert discovery tour took us through the desert, where we saw the towering limestone spires that give the area its name, as well as other natural features such as sand dunes and wildflowers The tour also includes a visit to the Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre, where we learnt more about the area and its wildlife through interactive exhibits and displays. perfect way to spend time with your ❤️!

An amazing place to catch the sunset. Pinnacles Desert is a nature park filled with tons of natural limestone structures. This makes for amazing views and great pictures 🤩 The best part of this experience is driving through the 4km loop on the sand with your paths marked by stones. Park at any of the parking areas, get out of the car and explore the desert on foot! 😍 Highly recommended to head there at sunset for some amazing views and photos! The moon was huge and gorgeous too. For the lucky ones, this offers a chance at stargazing! Entry to the park is AUD 15 for a whole day and includes entry to other nature parks around the area like Kalbarri. 🙌🏼
