A cool design hotel in Nakhon Si Thammarat
Navakitel Design Hotel, a cool design hotel in Nakhon. When we arrived, we were amazed by the jet-black building, contrasting with the solemn brown of the hemp rope that served as the blinds to welcome guests in a chic manner. It is a cool and stylish design from the outside to the inside. They control the tone of strength, solemnity, hard on the outside and soft on the inside perfectly.
When we walk through the hemp rope curtains, we will see the first open hall outside, which is open and airy, for sitting, relaxing and having breakfast. Then we open the door to the lobby that still emphasizes openness, airiness and strength by using exposed concrete, gray, black and brown to decorate together harmoniously. It is a dimension of design that makes it look old but not old. Plus, it is a play on different colors and uses materials that can be found locally, such as steel, wood, cement and rope, which come together or what is called the Local Substantive style, which is a design that integrates the local identity of Nakhon and the basic materials of construction to tell the story and identity of Nakhon seamlessly.
Oh, we think that it makes us never get bored no matter how we look at it. If you want to get out of the frame of the old-fashioned hotel, come relax and find new ideas and inspirations, we think this place is the answer.
There are 68 rooms in total. All rooms are designed in a loft style, spacious but not too empty. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities and strong WiFi without interruption. There are 4 types of rooms:
– Loft (25 rooms): Simple and lovely rooms, 25 sq.m. in size, straightforward but not too stiff. There is still enough space to sit and drink coffee, work, read a book, and there is also a balcony to go out and get some fresh air.
– Urban (32 rooms): 25 sq.m. in size, the same as Loft, but on the opposite side. The interior of the room is decorated with materials that perfectly convey the story of the city, with a balcony that offers a wide view outside.
– Garden (8 rooms): The rooms have more features than the previous 2 types, 35 sq.m. in size, emphasizing shade and privacy with a balcony and garden corner.
– Valley (3 rooms): This type of room is our favorite because in addition to being 35 sq.m. wide, it also uses clear glass around the room, making it feel open and bright, but still maintaining the seriousness and strength of the hotel's concept. In the room, there is also a Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a work desk where you can see the Nakhon Si Thammarat mountain range.
