Overlooking Canyonlands National Park
Taken from Dead horse point overlook which is the state park of Utah in untied states, Moab.
There are several hiking trails here, the hike to dead horse point is a total of 16km if you take all the spurs but 8km if you take none. The overlook are gorgeous and breathtaking but do be very cautious as these overlooks are not fenced up. At times it might be slippery due to rain. There are several overlooks here that you can explore before you reach dead horse point outlook are:
- Big Horn Overlook
- Rim Overlook
- Shafer Canyon Overlook
- Meander Overlook
There are also several arches in the state park, the popular one would be the Mesa Arch in the pictures attached and another would be the delicate arch which will be in another post.
But if you are lazy, you can just drive all the way up to dead horse point overlook, park there and head to the little outlooks around the carparks. The drive though, can take from 30mins to a few hours depending on your interest and stop points. So make sure you plan your trip there.
There will be an entrance fee of $10USD for each vehicle entering the park.

MOAB GLAMPING
Want an experience while staying out in vast nature and looking at the night skies filled with stars?
Look no further and consider under canvas Moab. A very clean comfortable stay out in the open. With beautiful comy sheets and queen size bed.
Do take note that the toilets are shared but goshhhh it's so clean! I am someone who never dare to stay in a place without a private toilet but this place changed my perspective for sure!
And waking up with the morning sunrise. its just amazing! And also a very short drive to the rocky national mountain parks.

Arches National Park 🇺🇸

A visit to Arches National Park in Utah was a highlight of my trip! 🌄 The park, just a short drive from Moab, has a $30 entrance fee per vehicle, which is a small price for such stunning landscapes. The park is famous for its natural stone arches, and they truly live up to the hype. 🏜️
I started my day with the iconic Delicate Arch hike. It’s a 3-mile round trip, and though challenging, the view of the arch against the vast desert landscape was absolutely worth it. 🌟 I also enjoyed the scenic drive, which takes you past various arches and rock formations, including the famous Landscape Arch and the Windows Section. 🚗💨
For a relaxing afternoon, I drove to the Fiery Furnace area, where I did some light scrambling and admired the unique rock formations. Don’t miss the sunset from the park's viewpoints; the changing colors on the arches are magical. 🌅
Arches National Park is a must-see for nature lovers and photographers. The sheer beauty and diversity of its landscapes make every moment memorable. #trip #ArchesNationalPark #UtahBeauty #HikingAdventures #DesertWonders #ScenicViews
Fall beauty on the La Sal Mountain, Utah
#helloautumn The La Sal Mountain Loop vistas and state park are breathtaking and worth the easy drive from Moab. check with locals for the peak colors, but mid-October is a safe bet. Be sure to pack a lunch and water since there are no restaurants along the way or in the area. the fall weather in the La Sal Mountains is to die for and encourages lots of walking, biking and just simply communing with the beauty around you in the golden splendor.

Adventures in Arches National Park.
This park is filled with amazing rock formations and spectacular views. Delicate Arch is one of these said rock formations. On this day, we were lucky enough to get some amazing cloud coverage as well as one of the most amazing sunsets I’ve seen. The trip took place in February so there was still a little snow fall on the ground. It’s a short drive located just outside of Moab, Utah, and it’s always well worth it.

In the "Dead Horse Point" Park, "The Old Road, West Wind and Thin Horse"
In the stunning canyon terrain of the west, "dead horse" may be just a little surprise, but here is the "small" However, it is enough to cause a big visual shock.
This place is the narrowest point on the prominent peninsula of the Colorado Plateau. It is called the throat and the narrowest part on both sides of the east and west is less than 15 meters. Going forward, it is a platform that rises on the edge of the cliff - the place where cowboys raised horses.
According to legend, the cowboys drove the wild horses into the natural horse farm where the fence was pre-installed on the gourd neck, and gradually domesticated the horses for sale. The wild horses that were driven into here had many rushing down the cliffs because they had no time to stop. The horses that were not sold were also starved to death in this platform, thirsty, or fell to the cliff; "dead horses" Named after.
When I stepped onto the prominent highlands, hey! It is almost a 360 degree view. The 600-meter-high sandstone red rock platform, the 180-degree sharp turn of the Colorado River, coiled in the Grand Canyon, looks extraordinarily enchanting. The red-brown earth and stone, the yellow-green river, and the blue-and-white sky, form a rough and wild landscape painting in the west, which makes people unforgettable.
Although the place name is not good, it is a great place to experience the bleakness of the West. In this field of view, in addition to the canyon in the canyon, there is a reservoir that produces potassium salt. It is a ridiculous place to look around. There are many dead branches and dead trees on the high ground, which is very strange and strange. Suddenly I saw a huge old crow independent tree head. This is the first word of Ma Zhiyuans "Tianjingsha".
Two national parks have a day.
Canyon National Park, another sunset that will drive to the night train.
Dead Horse Point State Park, which is amused by Chinese translations, has few parks for rent in winter. The sun is gentle, it is the snowy mountain river that you want to see.
