Festive Revelations: A Christmas Retreat at Ritz-Carlton St. Louis

Before we arrived at @ritzcarltonstlouis, I didn’t feel Christmassy at all and was almost ready to buy some garlands and make an SOS using them on the window. But in the end, we had the best Christmas ever, dined at @casadonalfonsostl (their Italian cuisine is fantastic!), strolled around the city, enjoyed afternoon tea and generally had a great weekend.

Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO has great rides, but also really entertaining live shows. Singing, dancing and lots of laughs. Check their website to confirm which days they are open during the Fall and Winter. If you plan your visit just right you might even be there the same day as Santa. #happynewyear #happynewyear

Weekend gateway to Silver Dollar City.. Fall is in the air...and it is time to have fun outdoors. Located in Branson, MO Silver Dollar City is a theme park with shows, rides and, yes, panning for silver! Not too crowded during the weekdays but more so on the weekends. #happynewyear #happynewyear

At Dogwood Canyon Nature Park they have over 10,000 acres for you to enjoy. A good portion of this includes great lakes and streams. They offer fishing lessons and will rent you the gear for a fee. Lovey to look at even if you do not go fishing. 🐟#ha #happynewyear

One fine day in autumn at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park in MO. You can rent bicycles to tour the park if you do not want to walk. There are many natural wonders to explore in the park and areas for picnic's too. Makes for a great family outing.. #happynewyear #happynewyear
