Himakajima is a great place for a casual date or trip in Aichi. It's only a few minutes by ferry, so it's easy to get there on a day trip from Nagoya. It's the second half of the season, so the prices are reasonable. I went strawberry picking in a comfortable greenhouse to take a break from staying at home.
