Sometimes, the parking lot on the Gubok-ri side is crowded, so I like to cross the Yeonyuk Bridge and park in the public parking lot and take a walk. 2. Walk on the Kwai River Bridge: The intense orange Kwai River Bridge has a glass floor so you can walk and enjoy the sea right under your feet. The intense orange color goes so well with the Masan sea that you can take a picture of your life. It is a cafe located on Masan Mountain Road, where you can see the ocean in front of Masan and the entire city of Masan at a glance. As expected of a large cafe, the parking lot is spacious, and the parking attendant helped me park and was very kind, so I felt good even before entering Cafe SAN. The cafe has a total of 4 floors, including the rooftop, and all the floors are pretty, so it was hard to decide where to sit. No matter where you sit, you can enjoy the warm and cozy winter weather of Masan and the ocean in front of Masan. We ordered jujube cappuccino and mugwort latte. Since I live abroad, I really like cafes with Korean menus like this. The jujube cappuccino had a rich foam and was very smooth to the palate, and the mugwort latte had a strong mugwort flavor that made me applaud. Jangsuam located in Masan! It is located on the beach, so you can see a wide ocean view! Deokdong is a quiet seaside neighborhood, but there are several cafes with a nice atmosphere. Among them, I like Cafe Nomad the most. The interior is beautifully decorated like a botanical garden, and you can see the cool sea when you go up to the rooftop. Plus, natural light comes in well, so the pictures come out pretty ㅎㅎ The red bean shaved ice (15,000 won) was also cool and the red beans were handmade, so it was delicious~!! This is my third time visiting Ascend Coffee, and the coffee and desserts are delicious, and the view is great, so it is a place I really like. Unlike the wide-open ocean view cafes in Busan or Pohang, it is an exotic ocean view cafe with the Masan sea and colorful roofs. The cakes here are also delicious, but since I ate a lot of food, I only ordered drinks this time. There are various options for coffee and drinks, and there are many unique drinks that you can't find in other cafes. 🇰🇷 Masan Goryeodang Introducing Goryeodang, a must-visit bakery when traveling to Masan. Established in 1959, this bakery boasts a rich history and tradition. My mother’s hometown is Masan, and she used to visit this bakery with my grandmother since she was a child. I also have fond memories of buying bread from Goryeodang whenever I visited my grandmother’s house in Masan as a kid. This bakery holds cherished memories for my grandmother, mother, and our family. I recently revisited Goryeodang after a long time and found it still bustling with customers. My mother and I reminisced about old times as we picked out a few breads. I also ordered the milkshake that I used to drink every time I came to Goryeodang as a child. The milkshake is perfectly sweet with a creamy richness that fills your mouth—it’s absolutely delicious. At just 4,000 won, it’s reasonably priced too. The bread from Goryeodang is so tasty that I almost finished it all on the way home. Their rice flour-based breads are especially chewy and light, making them enjoyable for people of all ages. If you’re planning a trip to Masan, be sure to stop by Goryeodang and treat yourself to some delicious bread 💙

The owner said that Masan is more famous for dried agujjim. Dried agu is made by drying raw agu to remove moisture, and the meat becomes firm and the savory flavor is concentrated during the drying process. Because of this, when combined with spicy seasoning, it can create a deeper and more intense flavor, and the chewy texture of dried agu has a different charm from that of raw agu. However, I ended up choosing raw agujjim because I like the familiar taste and soft and chewy texture of raw agu that I usually eat. Agujjim came out. However, it was a little salty, so much so that I could relate to the comment from the table next to me that "it's salty." It wasn't bad when eaten with rice, but I personally think it would have been better if the seasoning was a little less salty. Also, since the bean sprouts took up a lot of the portion, I thought, "I came to eat agujjim, but I feel like I'm eating bean sprout stew?"

#cherryblossom25 Masan’s cherry blossom festival is one of the most underrated in Korea, and Happo-gu is the heart of the celebration. The entire area comes alive with cherry trees in full bloom, vendors selling local food, music performances, and light installations at night. I joined the crowd and walked along the main blossom boulevard—lively, colorful, and full of energy. The sunset view over Masan Bay with cherry blossoms in the foreground was a highlight. This is a great destination for those who want a festive, social cherry blossom experience, with a seaside twist. Bring your camera and your appetite!
