Today, I’m bringing you a super practical travel guide for Mount Laojun, so you can easily explore this fairy mountain✨
Preparation
Documents
Be sure to bring your ID card, as it’s essential for buying tickets and checking into hotels. If you have a student ID, senior citizen card, military officer ID, or other discount cards, don’t forget those either.
Clothing
Mount Laojun is at a high altitude, so the temperature is much lower than at the foot of the mountain. Make sure to keep warm. Even in summer, bring a thick jacket; in autumn and winter, wear down jackets, thick sweaters, thermal pants, etc. Choose non-slip hiking shoes because the mountain paths can be tough.
Others
Prepare sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat since the UV rays are strong on the mountain. You can also bring a thermos to have hot water anytime. Additionally, pack some energy-boosting snacks like chocolate and biscuits.
