the new pioneer.. how the room was when we checked in. they gave us a dirty room the maid never did but said they did. that's in top of no working elevator.. the ice machine hardly ever works.

as someone who’s experienced the spectacle of places like the Colorado Belle, it’s undeniably sad to see such a landmark abandoned and silent, especially recalling scenes of its beautiful Ferris wheel glowing by night, reflected against cloudy skies. exploring the town’s mix of sleek architecture and lively public spaces. The city center showcases its vision through glassy high-rises and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas—perfect for evening strolls or photography sessions, especially when the rain brings out modern reflections and dramatic atmospheres.

hated i had to drive to get food. there was no close stores in area. no ubereats delivery. so if your not mobile you are kinda screwed on food. other than that it was a great trip.

having so much fun at the New Pioneer Hotel and CASINO in the great city of Laughlin, Nevada. thanks so much. we always have fun each and every time we stay. looking forward to the next trip soon. hope to see each other there sometime. try the pizza it's s grrrrreeeeeeat or the other restaurant inside called bumbleberry flats. oh ya, don't forget the gift shop on your way in/out. sincerely, c.v.

How many times in life do you get to see a sunrise like this? I stayed up all night chatting, not even realizing the morning was coming. I was so moved by the sunrise in my hammock that I was overwhelmed. I was so overwhelmed with emotion and happiness that I can't express it in words. I'm posting this as I suddenly reminisce about that day. Have a wonderful trip! 🐥🐥☀️🌞#USA #Sunrise

My Trip to the states so far. I started in Liverpool UK and travelled down to London Heathrow through the early hours of the 10th March with a 10hr wait til my flight to LAX Los Angeles. I picked up the hire car in the rain and drove down to a foggy Laguna Beach where I spent the night. The following morning I went down the coast towards San Diego where I wanted to visit Black's Beach naturist section but being naked and freezing fog don't mix so I drove inland to Yuma (First pic) where I caught the beer festival (I don't drink but a nice crowd) and then drove to Buckeye where I stayed the night. My third day took me through Phoenix and on to Tucson where I discovered the tires on the hire car were bald so I stayed the night and exchanged the Prius for a Subaru Outback for the rest of my journey so far. I drove from Tucson to El Paso and stayed there. From El Paso I drove to Fort Worth and stayed with friends but had another tire problem which meant I had to replace one tire before driving on to Oklahoma City and then towards Amarillo where I stayed. The drive from Amarillo to Albuquerque was horrible weather but worth it as the place I stayed in Albuquerque was so beautiful (second pic) but unfortunately it snowed overnight and I didn't want to get stuck there as the weather was not due to break for days so I drove in the snow and Blizzards to Flagstaff where I stayed (third pic) the night. From there I drove down to Sedona (fourth pic) and then on to Kingman where I stayed and then on to Laughlin (last pic) where I am now. I'm not sure where next but I think I may head to Yuma again to follow the sun as I ts the only place I've seen with any reasonable heat and sunshine this week.

Laughlin, located on the Colorado River in the southernmost part of Nevada, adjacent to Arizona. As early as 1966, Laughlin was just an inconspicuous fishing port. Although fishing still occupies a certain position in Laughlin's economy, Laughlin has become a vibrant city with world-class hotels and entertainment facilities. Laughlin is much smaller in scale than Las Vegas, but hotels are built along the river, and the night view is very beautiful under the neon lights. Various water sports such as water skiing, swimming, and yachting can be enjoyed in Laughlin. But the most popular tourist activity is the water bus, which takes tourists to Arizona.
