#TravelEco On this trip, my friends and I flew to Ranong and took a boat to Koh Chang (which is next to Koh Phayam, not on the Trat side). Then, we had the boat from the accommodation, "Green Banana - Pirate House", pick us up. This place is super stylish. The pirate theme is very clear. Everything is raw and decorated with wood, like in an adventure movie. But what we like is the warm homestay atmosphere. We got to eat fresh seafood that they cooked themselves in a simple way. The nature here is very good. It's quiet, peaceful, and not crowded. It's like escaping the chaos to recharge your batteries. We saw hornbills flying over our heads, looking for shellfish and fish in front of the beach. It was so good that we didn't want to go back. And now I am living on the Andaman coast of Koh Chang, Ranong Province. . . . After Covid, there have been no foreign tourists for a while. A short trip suddenly popped into my head. I wanted to go somewhere with few people and be alone for a while. It felt like I wanted to be stranded on an island like in the movie Cast Away 😜555. And then the processing in my head Then we stopped at this island that few people know about #KohChang_Ranong. It's a raw paradise island. It answers the question of a private world, like the movie Cast Away. It's awesome/raw❗❗You can't find it anywhere else in Thailand. 🚌_____ Let's start with the basics: Start from Ranong Bus Terminal. Tell the local songthaew (.Phothong) to the driver to get off at Pak Nam Ranong Municipality Pier. Go to Koh Chang-Koh Phayam Pier. When you get there, buy a ticket for a mail boat for 150-฿ or a speedboat for 350-฿. There are many bungalows here. Most have fans, some don't have air conditioning. All bungalows are on the beach. Prices start at around 350-500 baht. Choose a place to sleep to your heart's content. There are mosquito nets and private bathrooms. Just this is awesome for a chill and raw person like me. Hehe.. ____And the highlight of this place is the #flock of hornbills_hornbill🐦 flying around and screeching to greet visitors like us in the morning, dozens of them in front of the bungalows. Which is an indicator showing that the abundance of nature and forests on Koh Chang, Ranong Province is still very abundant. Oh! I almost forgot something important when I described it.** That is, electricity is available for a certain period of time. Approximately 20:00-22:00 hrs.
