• 04.00 a.m.: Wake up, meditate, walk meditation
• 07.00 a.m.: Eat breakfast with mindfulness (no talking, self-service)
• 09.00 a.m.: Large walking meditation And help clean up
• 10.00 am: Listen to the sermon
• 11.00 am: Monks have lunch (Practiceholders buy their own food)
• 12.00 pm: Vipassana meditation
• 1.30 pm: Summarize the meditation mood
• 2.00 pm: Chant Buddhist mantras
• 3.00 pm: Practice walking meditation
• 5.00 pm: Listen to the teachings of Luang Por Ruesi / Sweep leaves as desired
• 5.30 pm: Prepare for evening prayers

• Register to enter the temple between 9.00 am - 4.00 pm.
• For the second meal, there is a restaurant in the temple serving until 2.00 pm.
• No phone use during the practice

• 🚗 Private car: From Bangkok, it takes about 1.30 - 2 hours on Phahonyothin Road, passing Phra Phutthabat, entering the route to Khao Wong
• 🚐 Passenger van: From Victory Monument, get off at Phra Phutthabat, take a car to the temple
• 🚂 Train: Get off at Phra Phutthabat Station and take a car to the temple
