Getting There - By Car: The easiest way to get there is to drive. You can rent a car or hire a taxi from Sunway Carnival Mall to take you to the paddy fields. The journey takes around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Attractions - This small village is located just outside Kepala Batas and is surrounded by paddy fields. ❤️I recently had the pleasure of spending time together with family members for Iftar at a 5-star hotel with a Moroccan and Middle Eastern vibe. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was transported to another world with its ornate decor, intricate mosaics, and plush furnishings. ❤️The dining area are really impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere and a menu filled with Middle Eastern and Moroccan cuisine. I decided to try the lamb tagine, which was served with a side of couscous and a fresh mint yogurt sauce. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the couscous was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also tried the falafel, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the hummus, which was creamy and rich. Staf semua beruniform mcm kat hotel siap ada name tag nama. Tersangat la nmpk professional. Order guna online ja scan bar code. Dlm tu dah ada nama menu dan picture sekali: picture bukan hiasan ja tau- apa yg kita tgk serupa apa yg kita dapat. Dari segi rasa mmg sedap dan recomended la. Coffee dia mmg guna bean bukan 3 in 1. Harga plak agak pricey la sikit. TApi kalau kedai helok, layanan professional dan persembahan fine dining xkisah la mahal pun. Harga makanan start dari rm30 ke atas. Air minuman rm10 ke atas. Sapa yg lalu bertam boleh la datang kedai ne. Mulut abam ne kalau kata sedap mmg sedap la. Dia ada menu western, malay dan thailand ya.

📅 Itinerary Day1：We check in the hotel,we were greated with drinks.It was still few days after Raya,but there were many guests at the lobby but the check in process is very smooth. The room was spacious,the bathtub,the toilet were in great condition.We have pool view from our balcony.We went for swimming at pool.The kids enjoying the pool so much.We were so lazy to go out and find food so we went for a dinner at the hotel.The best menu was Spageti Aglio Olio.The ala carte dinner quite limited but “sedap”. Day2: We have our buffet breakfast.There are many selections to go for and what I love the most was you can find all the traditional kuih or Penang food which u cannot find at other hotel i.e serabai.The gulai/kari ayam sangatla sedap.The breakfast was the bomb.Then we went for one day Bertam waterpark next to the hotel.There was a buggy ready for shuttle.You need to pay tickects to enter since it is not included in your room rate.No outside food of course.After we finished our park activities,the kids continue their activity at the hotel pool till late evening. We went out for dinner this time and I missed their buffet dinner which is on every Friday. Although there was quite a queue during check-in, the process was very smooth and fast. Not many forms to fill in either—just provide your IC and sign. Before check-in, you can enjoy a welcome drink to refresh yourself. The receptionist was nice and friendly. There's a security guard at the lobby entrance. No deposit required. Check-out: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quick. Just return the room key/card. Don’t forget to validate your Touch ‘n Go card to get free parking—it’s right beside the reception counter. Parking: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Valet parking at the lobby costs RM30, public parking is RM6, but you need to validate at the counter before exiting to get free parking. Public parking is open-air and requires a bit of walking and stairs. Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The pool view is superb. This room type doesn't have a balcony—just a window. Bed and pillows were great. Four pillows provided, plus an extra one. There’s an iron and ironing board, mini fridge, TV, and even a prayer mat (sejadah). Very clean and well-maintained. The toilet was clean, though no bathtub. Coincidentally, it was my birthday during check-in, and after checking in someone knocked on the door to surprise me with a birthday cake from the hotel! Facilities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✅Kids club: spacious ✅Gym: open till 10 PM, really good—feels like Celebrity Fitness. There’s also a sauna. ✅Game room, karaoke room. ✅Café was attractive, lots of nice OOTD (photo) spots. ✅There’s a water park right next door—walking distance, and they also provide a buggy. Basically, you don’t even need to leave the place—everything’s available here. Breakfast: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food was similar to other hotels, quite a variety. Dining space was large, with very beautiful and luxurious decor. Swimming Pool: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are two pools—one for kids and one for adults. Very spacious and beautiful. There are also great OOTD spots by the pool, especially stunning at night. But the pool closes at 7 PM, if I’m not mistaken. This hotel is highly recommended for those wanting to go on a holiday with family or friends. If you're looking for a place with everything included, you can just stay here. Enjoy the facilities and even visit the water park.

Dear Hotel Management Team, I have always enjoyed staying at your hotel whenever I visit my hometown, and your property has consistently been one of my top choices due to its excellent service and comfort. However, I regret to inform you that my recent experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it’s important to bring these issues to your attention. Firstly, I encountered significant delays in receiving my luggage after check-in. It took over an hour for my bags to be delivered, and I had to personally check in with the front desk to ensure the concierge had received the proper instructions. This lack of coordination was quite inconvenient and unexpected, especially given the usual quality of service at your hotel. Furthermore, when I entered the bathroom, I noticed a large piece of broken glass on the floor. This was a serious safety hazard, and I was fortunate that my children did not step on it. It appeared that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected after a previous incident. I trust that such things should be thoroughly checked before guests arrive. Lastly, the bath tub was leaking, causing the toilet area to flood when I drained the water. This was a significant maintenance issue that affected my stay. I truly value your hotel and hope that these matters can be addressed to ensure the comfort and safety of future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding the steps being taken to improve the situation.

Best ever staycation.. good vibes and great hospitality

Best place to spend with your family and kids. Very nice architecture of the design of the hotel. The pool very suitable to both adult and kids. The kids pool size are large. The kids playroom also are open till night, and your kids can enjoy play in there. Just tap your hotel card to enter the room and also other facilities. Breakfast have lot of foods to enjoy. The hotel is good and worth it. Very recommended.

Although park started a bit late around 10am and ended by 430pm, we had ample time to enjoy the rides countless times. Park staffs were super friendly and accommodating. Worth making another visit during off peak periods. Facilities are still in great condition.
