#getgoing2025 We booked for two nights stay at Marriott at Lake Biwa where the hotel was located at a strategic site oversee the lake. With a short distance, a mall was nearby where shopping and dining found easy. We drive a bit further vis the Biwa Bridge and arrived at another town with many shops and mall where food outlets and shopping took place. We drove along the lake and reached many tourist's attractions. We had a good time staying at this hotel with awesome view over the famous lake. The facilities inside the hotel was justified for a five star yet the hog spring kn basement floor adjoining the hotel block was a bit disappointed as if was constructed in basement level with no windows or looking outside, a confined space for hog springs was not my cup of tea in Japan. Besides, both accommodations and service was up to standard.
