Unforgettable Mandorak beach trip in Sumba, Indonesia

Indonesia is renowned as one of the best country for beach leisure. While Bali is over famously amongst traveler, I decided to have a beach trip to Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The island is a neighborhood of Bali and Sumbawa.
If you wish to travel to Sumba, there are only two direct flight from Bali and Kupang. If you have traveled to Bali, I suggest you to fly from Kupang as this city has a lot of beautiful places unexplored.
That is not only beach, on your way to the beach, you will see a group of horse as well. It makes this even more interesting.
Escaping myself from the busiest city in the country to this pristine beach which has very clear beach water and blue view for both water and sky, leaves me a memorable moment that I will never forget my entire life!
This is one of the very best beach I have ever been to!
In order to get here, you could either rent a motorbike or car and also you can book an affordable travel agency to arrange all of the things you will need and hassle free during your exploration in Sumba.

A Jaw-Dropping Turquoise Lagoon in Remote Weekuri, Sumba Island Indonesia
Sumba Island located in the eastern part of Indonesia is one of my favorite destinations. Its exotic culture and nature attracted me to visit this island. And I was very impressed when I had the opportunity to enjoy the stunning lagoon in a remote area called Weekuri (or Waikuri). My 45 km journey from Tambolaka - the capital of Southwest Sumba Regency was well paid for.
The entrance ticket was affordable too. By paying IDR 20,000, I got the luxury experience of bathing in the crystal clearest lagoon I've ever seen in my life.
There’re washroom and changing room to be used after bathing or swimming. Apart from this facility, there’re also vendors selling cup noodles, coconuts and other snacks.
As the lagoon is located quite far from the city, there is no public transportation available to get there. It's better if you rent a private car, so you can also stop by at the other beautiful natural and cultural destinations in Sumba.

Clearest water
Do you love to swim in perfect clear water where you can see to the ground even when it is deep?
Then this is the right place for you guys!
This Lagoon is not mich growded yet, bit will me more in the upcoming years, for sure!
There is also something to jump in from 5 meters hight, or you just wanna swimm in that awesome place!
There are as well local people who are selling coconuts for only 10k per piece. Check it out by yourself, you will love it there :)
