#Emotional Accommodation #Aewol Travel When I went on a trip to Jeju, I was so busy that I carried the burden of modern society, so I have never traveled without a plan like this. I am a special J-person who is obsessed with planning to the point of anxiety, so even when I entered the accommodation, I had the thought of 'What should I do now?' in a corner of my head. After looking around Sorang in detail, I slowly began to think that I liked it because there was no plan. Why did I want to spend time at the accommodation when there was no ocean view, fancy interior, or fancy swimming pool? After all, I came all the way to Jeju! On the second and third days of the trip, I returned to the accommodation in the middle of the schedule and spent time there. My heart kept going back to this warm and cozy accommodation. I had a good opportunity to have a drink with the owner of this accommodation, Sorang. When I heard the story of how she runs Sorang, I thought that Sorang's warm heart was reflected in the space, so I kept being drawn to the accommodation. From the amenities that are enough to just bring your body, to the glasses that you can enjoy customized for each type of drink (even cute glasses..), to the fluffy and squeaky summer bedding (and there are so many more!) Rather than saying that it is a space decorated by a CEO who wants to do business as a lodging, I think it would be understandable if I said that it feels like my sister-in-law carefully selected and brought only the best and most comfortable things when my younger sibling came to visit. In fact, it is said that new customers are filled with recommendations and introductions from people who have already visited, and many people visit again, so isn't this a really great lodging? I also made plans for the next Sorang, thinking that I must definitely come back with my family, and if I were to live in Jeju for a month, I would definitely stay in this space. That's the end of the long and detailed Sorang review by Irang!

Recommended by a friend and we decided to drop by for dinner. Though we were early (around 530pm) therr were already many customers in the restaurant. Easy to order as they have a menu for couple and explaining in English what we will be given for the couple set. Service was fast and restaurant is clean and they even grill the meat for us and taught us how to enjoy the different cuts. Food was so good and the meat was juicy and nicely grilled. Price is reasonable and we will definitely return again

After a long day of traveling we arrived on Jeju island looking for a place to stop off for a quick bite and a drink. In Seogwipo area, you’ll find The Cliff with all the best cocktails and the yummiest burgers, pizzas, ribs and more! They have a really great gift shop attached to the bar/restaurant where we bought Jeju T-shirt’s, sunglasses, diffusers, sarongs, hand made baskets and wooden plates. Not only is the view great for sunset but the vibe is welcoming and started off our holiday perfectly! The Haenyeo are best known as the female divers from Jeju Island. Without proper equipment, equipped with only a lead-weighted vest and goggles, they dive into waters twenty meters deep to collect sea cucumbers, abalone, and seaweed from the ocean. Experienced haenyeo can dive up to 30 feet deep (9.1 meters) and they often spend hours at a time in the water. There is a Café at Hallasan, you can take some times to visit and buy the fresh seafood from them. Located just behind Cafe Hallasan is the Haenyeo (Jeju Women Divers) Museum. EJ Hotel Jeju Island is 5 km from the centre of Jeju and 5 minutes by car from Jeju airport. The location is excellent with easy access by bus to major attractions. Jeju Stadium is 2.8 km away from the hotel. Shilla Duty Free is also located near the property. Dongmun Traditional Market is only a couple of minutes' drive away. It is close to plenty of convenient stores, restaurants, and other shopping places. You can enjoy Asian and Korean meals at Olrae Guksu within 5 minutes' walk of the accommodation. Although the hotel is old and has no impressive facade, the room is clean, well-maintained, spacious, warm and cosy. The small lobby has a nice coffee machine and water dispenser. A great budget hotel with standard amenities. Staff are friendly and accommodating, speak good English and are very helpful. Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak (성산일출봉) 🌋 is an extinct volcano. This peak is located on the eastern side of Jeju Island. The crater is quite large, about 600 meters wide and 90 meters high. Around the crater are almost 100 sharp rocks, which look like a crown. The beautiful view is so famous that Jeju Island has been honored as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. For those who plan to visit here, I recommend warming up your legs. Hehe, so you will have to walk a lot. It takes about 40 minutes to walk up the mountain, or about 1 hour, depending on your strength. There are stairs on the path. It is easy to walk at first, but it gets a bit steep when you reach the middle. Along the way, there are places to rest and enjoy the beautiful view, which will give you the motivation to keep walking. But it is definitely not difficult. Great for drinking alone 🍷✨ While looking around Songdang Village, I went in to have a quick meal, but if there was no car, I would have definitely had a drink (especially during the day). Surrounded by plants, with a very quiet atmosphere and all kinds of alcohol, this place seemed to be a place that solo drinkers often visit! While we were there, all the women who came alone except us were drinking beer and wine of their own tastes, and it looked so cool..
