🍢《Hyogo/Nishinomiya》 After visiting Shinnoji Temple, we had lunch at Sakura Chaya in front of the temple ☺️🍵 When we arrived, there was a retro atmosphere that seemed like something out of a Ghibli anime 😍 Just that alone got me excited 🤭 It's a Taisho era building, so it's really old ✨ There were lots of flower pots on the Seven-Up bench... 🪴 lol The menu was oden, rice balls, somen noodles, etc. ✨ This Showa-era lineup is just too good 🤭 You can eat inside the restaurant or on the tatami mats outside 🙌 The temperature was nice, so we sat on the tatami mats outside 🥰 The landlady was cute, and it was soothing to hear the voices of "yoikkoisho yoikkoisho" coming from the kitchen 😂 There were also regulars, so it looked like a fun atmosphere. On the way out, they even shared some sweets with us because they received them from regular customers.
