Yi Ye Zhi Qiu Shantou Ultimate Hotpot-Huwei Branch 🖌 Japanese-style old house renovation
The Yiyezhiqiu Huwei branch was rebuilt from the old dormitory of Huwei Post Office. It maintains the old building and is full of Japanese style, which is unique. Yiyezhiqiu specializes in Shantou hotpot🥘, which is cooked by people from Shantou, Guangdong who came to Taiwan and used local Taiwanese ingredients to create a creative way to add dozens of vegetables and fruits, bone-in chicken🍗, and slow-cooked pork bones. It claims to not have any artificial flavors. The watermelon hotpot tastes very special, with a slight fruity sourness and a bit of the flavor of sour cabbage hotpot, but it is very refreshing. The milk pot uses a whole bottle of milk🥛, full of sincerity! There are also many soup pot flavors (Japanese Sukiyaki, Korean Soup, Japanese Miso, Shochu Sesame Oil, Coconut Milk Hot and Sour, Peeled Chili🌶️, Sichuan Spicy🌶️, Garlic Clams). There is also a self-service bar (rice, seasonal vegetables, Niseko ice cream, drinks, shaved ice).
