Wisteria at Takehana Betsuin Temple
I went to #Takehana Betsuin in #Hashima City, #Gifu Prefecture (((((((っ・ω・)っ
This is a prefecture-designated natural monument that is said to be over 300 years old, and gorgeous light purple flowers are in full bloom✿゚❀.(*´▽`*)❀.゚
The gorgeous light purple flowers bloom from mid-April, and various events such as a matcha corner, outdoor stalls, and stamp rallies are held under the wisteria trellis. The tree has a circumference of 2.8m at the eye, a root circumference of 2.30m, a branch spread of 33m east-west, 15m north-south, and a height of 2.4m (guided to the trellis), and a wisteria trellis is formed by a single tree.
It was raining, but the scent of wisteria was in the air and it felt really good (*˘ᗜ˘*)
