“Namu Hotel”, a beautiful hotel that won the Architecture Award from the Korean Institute of Architects in 2021

“Namu Hotel” designed by architect Jae-heon Jeong, who was selected as the winner of the 2021 Korea Institute of Architects’ ‘Best 7 Buildings of the Year’
Namu Hotel opened in December 2021 and is currently operating with various room types. In February 2022, the ‘Square: Penthouse 1’ room where I stayed became available for reservation.
It is located on the 7th floor, the top floor of the hotel, and is a two-story room.
The first floor consists of a terrace, living room, and bathroom, and the second floor consists of a shower room, makeup room, bedroom, and terrace.
The thing I liked the most was the terrace on the second floor. You can enjoy a hot spa in the jacuzzi even in winter, and I really liked the view of the Han River. 😉
And I liked that Namu Hotel blocks the surrounding crowded cityscape and only preserves the necessary parts, while providing a private terrace for each room for relaxation and reflection👍
Namu Hotel used the Danish handmade faucet brand ‘vola’ for the shower room, washbasin faucet, and shower, and it was really interesting that each room used its own color to express its identity. 😮
In addition, the Square Room has 🔊 Geneva Speakers
📡5G Wi-Fi
💧 2 San peliegrino bottled water and sparkling water & soda
🚿 Waterfall Shower system
🛁 Raindance Shower system
🧥 Coat check service
etc. 😚
I’ve been to many hotels, but Namu Hotel is more than a 5-star hotel suite. It seemed to have a beautiful interior and condition.
A hotel that made me think a lot about how beautiful the building and interior could be.
I think it would be good for many people to experience the beauty that cannot be captured in photos. 🧡 Highly recommended for a vacation!!
* The room type in the photo is ‘Square: Penthouse 1’ and the price for one night is 360,000 won as of Friday.
