Dr. Norman Bethune is a great figure who is well-known to everyone in China. How can you not make a pilgrimage to him when you come to Toronto? He used his superb medical skills to do his best to save the Chinese people. In the end, he was infected while treating the wounded and died in the war-torn Eastern country to which he devoted the last part of his life - the suffering China. He seemed like an angel sent by God to take care of the people of China. A great personality is always awe-inspiring.
