The assorted tripe I ate at Daegopchang Konkuk University branch was so delicious that it made me forget all the tripe, daechang, and yeottong I've ever had. The tripe was full and soft, the makchang was chewy and delicious, the daechang was very firm and full, and the yeottong felt like eating a fan. I don't know why it tastes different from what I've had so far, but it's true that it's so delicious. It was good that they grilled it directly over charcoal and that there was a ventilation system at each table so that my clothes wouldn't smell, and while they were serving it, they explained how to eat various sauces such as green onions, wasabi, honey, seaweed, and salt to make it taste good, so you could taste a variety of things. After looking around Common Ground, I was hungry so I went to the 3rd floor where the restaurants are! There were many delicious restaurants around here, such as rice noodles and mala-tang, but Analog Kitchen was the only one that didn't have a break time.
