Every winter may be a little special because Covid has kept us at home for a long time. Favourite specialty coffee place in Budapest so far. Everything was spot on. Own light roasts extracted just right, hitting that sweetness spot. Didn’t have any food but the menu looked very attractive as well. cozy coffee/tea shop that has a small but great quality menu. The vibe was very comfortable and chill. I ordered a filtered coffee from Ethiopia (they had choices from Guatemala, Ethiopia, and El Salvador for coffee) and my friend had a white tea. We both enjoyed our selections. Amazing coffee. It was the right temperature and naturally sweet. If you are a coffee purist then you will love this place! No sugar signs pretty much everywhere, which is how coffee should be. Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion are one of the most representative attractions in Budapest. The fairytale towers and corridors are beautiful day and night! We took our five-month-old baby to the mountain city in March this year. The baby's four-wheeled car easily got stuck in the gaps between the stone slabs and was really "difficult to move" 🙂↕️. However, modern technology helped a lot. There are elevators and lifts all the way up from the foot of the mountain. There are buses to climb the mountain on the side of Margaret Bridge, which saves a lot of leg strength. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel with breakfast included at a reasonable price in the early 100,000 won range, this is the place to go. I was worried because the room size was less than 10 pyeong, but in reality, the space except for the bed was quite spacious, and especially the storage space was well-equipped, which was even better. But what was most impressive was the kindness of the front desk staff. The staff greeted me warmly with a smile, and when I asked if it was my first time in Budapest, they kindly gave me detailed tourist tips and information, which helped me get rid of my anxiety about my first trip. Considering the price, service, and location, I think this hotel is the best place to start my Budapest trip. #tagtagtag

I heard that the entire city of Budapest, the capital of Hungary, is a World Heritage Site, so I decided to visit on impulse, and it was a great decision! The security situation is calm and the prices are low, which was appreciated by Japanese people, and just walking around is really fun! Beautiful! There is a magical charm that cannot be captured in photos. Especially when walking at night, you can see many enchanting views. What I thought was good was that the tourist spots are contained within the city. You can easily get around using public transportation such as buses and trains. Whether it is profitable depends on how much you use it, but the 24-hour pass issued by BKK (public transportation in Budapest) was convenient. (I stayed about 3 days, so I bought a 72-hour pass) There were many situations where the payment method specific to the local railway was difficult, so it was difficult to prepare the correct ticket every time. Also, I had the impression that there were few crew members who could speak English, so I felt that it was efficient to show the unlimited ride pass. I was able to buy the ticket from a ticket vending machine near the bus stop at Budapest Airport (Ferrenc Liszt International Airport), so I was able to use it as soon as I arrived at the airport. (Please check carefully as there were flights that I was told I could not board with this ticket) There were many times when communication was difficult in Hungary, where Hungarian is the main language, but the local people tried to understand me somehow and I felt the warmth of their people. #JapanFlightEvent Budapest, which I visited during Christmas, was a place filled with romance everywhere :) The streets were filled with red props, so it was hard to take my eyes off them as I walked ㅠㅠ There was no romance in Europe in the winter, but thanks to the Christmas season, I was able to fill it up with romance! Crows, which are loved in Hungary, can be found everywhere on signs, so try to find your own crow sign! ㅋㅋㅋ
