This place is actually one of the leading shopping destinations in London. It is a shopping mall with many shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a central library there. Best thing I like about this shopping area is there is a outdoor area where there are many chairs for people to sit and relax. There is a big screen to watch sports events as well! Last evening, I enjoyed a delightful meal at Embassy Lounge Bar. The roasted lamb was superb, and the service was impressive thanks to Joy, Ionela, Gina, Collin, Justin, and Dima. I'd certainly suggest this place to anyone in or visiting the Ealing area. Certainly a place I'll visit again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, and the staff were incredible. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and it’s just a 2-minute walk from the tube station and only 20-25 minutes from central London. Highly recommend.

The staff's politeness and readiness to assist were amazing. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The instructions were clear, and the key access was straightforward. The rooms where I stayed were spotless, cozy, and the beds were very comfy. There was also an armchair for relaxation, spacious closets, and a long vanity that doubled as a table for tea with a clean kettle, cups, and spoons provided along with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. TV was available too. The bathroom was sparkling clean, which gave me a sense of comfort and made me feel at home. Internet access can be added for an extra fee, and there's also a breakfast box if you need something to keep you going. An M&S food store is right next door, or you can take a short walk to Tesco to purchase whatever you need. The bus stop is practically in front, and there are three tube stations within a 6- to 20-minute walk. If you're staying longer, there are restaurants and even an Odeon cinema nearby, making it well-situated. I'm really grateful for the warm hospitality I experienced during my stay; they were attentive to all my needs.

I stayed with my daughter for 4 nights, and our check-in was smooth. We even received a warm cookie to enjoy in our room. We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, featuring a Tassimo coffee machine, pods, sugar, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Breakfast was abundant, and the staff were wonderful. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Ealing Common Station, and we reached central London in under 30 minutes. We visited Wembley Park Theatre for Starlight Express and Harry Potter Studios. Once you familiarize yourself with the trains, getting around is simple. Our sole complaint was the room being quite cold at night, with windows letting in a lot of chilly air. We couldn't adjust the room temperature as it kept resetting. Also, the lift malfunctioned a few times during our stay, and being on the 5th floor meant climbing 10 flights of stairs, which was tiring after walking around for 8 hours. Nevertheless, this wouldn't deter us from returning. Overall, a fantastic hotel with welcoming staff. Thank you.

We relished our lunch at Doubletree; the food was flawless, leaving no room for criticism, and the service was superb. Ken, our server, was exceptionally kind and tended to us regularly. I am eager to return soon and highly endorse this place.

Throughout the past 12 years, we've stayed at this hotel multiple times, mainly when attending events at Wembley. We've consistently enjoyed our visits and never had any complaints, which explains our repeated returns. However, this recent stay exceeded all previous experiences by a long shot. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, the pub is charming with a broad selection of tasty food and drinks, and the location is convenient. What truly distinguishes this place is the staff. From our arrival at reception to our departure, every single staff member we encountered was incredible. They greeted us warmly with smiles and hellos, even the cleaners in the hallway, and all seemed genuinely pleased to be working there. It's either superb staff training or expert hiring that identifies individuals with the right attitude, but whatever it is, it definitely works! The pub staff especially made us feel at home, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Attending the Oasis concert was made even better with life-size cut-outs in reception, Oasis-themed cocktails, and toasties served post-concert, delightful touches that enriched the overall experience. We thoroughly appreciate the enjoyable stay and will certainly return!

I genuinely couldn't criticize anything about this place. We booked it as a layover for seeing Coldplay at Wembley due to the fair price and complimentary parking. Arriving quite early after a 3-hour drive, we decided to grab a drink at the pub while waiting for our room. From the start, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality continued throughout our visit, making our first Wembley adventure totally stress-free. The pub and dining area were delightful, with large sofas and TVs. Not wanting to wander far during the day, we opted for a Sunday roast - it was exceptionally good, and I couldn't find any fault. Very flavorful with every component perfect. The room was spotless with a comfy bed, and the shower was amazing, though the window faced overgrown brambles. Our car was safe overnight, which was vital to us, and breakfast was quickly served and delicious. Altogether, this location is a hidden gem for Wembley, with superb staff, great food, and hospitality we haven't encountered for ages. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it and would book again.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and ideal for a short business trip. There’s a bar where guests, even those traveling alone, can mingle, and the staff are exceptional, always ready to assist. Upon my arrival, I was given a room adapted for the disabled, which wasn’t to my preference. I went to reception, and they promptly changed my room without any hassle. The bar staff were personable, and all the staff made sure to greet guests whenever they saw them. Overall, I have no grievances. For the cost, it offers genuine value. The location isn’t the greatest since it’s on the A40. If you're not driving, this could be inconvenient. However, Park Royal tube station is right across the road, providing easy access to central London. During my stay, there were many American guests, and I felt like one of the few British people, but it didn’t impact my experience. One thing to note is the parking. Although the hotel provides parking, it costs £18.50 for 24 hours, which I believe should be more clearly stated on the website.

Stayed here for the Coldplay concert at Wembley Stadium, and the price was fantastic, as was the location. Car parking was a bit snug, but that's mainly due to our large vehicle. We checked in using the kiosks and got a reduced rate of £15 for 24-hour parking. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a view of Wembley Stadium from the window. The room was a good size—clean, tidy, and spacious. The hot shower in the morning was great. Breakfast was perfect and excellent value for the price. The service from the ladies, Migma, Seharun, and Indu, was delightful. Recommended.

Stayed in twin room 407 for the Coldplay show. Conveniently located near the Piccadilly line, easy to spot. The room was spotless and cozy, just right for a couple of nights. Attractive decor, excellent shower, large TV, and stylish fridge. The reception team was helpful, providing clear directions and travel tips. The evening staff were wonderful, they kindly turned on the vending machine for us to enjoy a hot chocolate. We skipped breakfast since we had our own snacks. Clean and orderly, ideal for brief stays.

My son and I opted for this hotel because it's just two miles away from Wembley Stadium, where we were headed for a Coldplay concert. Conveniently positioned over the road through a subway from a tube station, it's perfect for getting around London. The hotel was superb in every aspect. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our check-in was quick and seamless. We were thrilled upon entering our room; it was immaculate, bright, and spacious with contemporary furniture and pristine white bed linens. The bathroom was delightful, offering toiletries like a shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, and body lotion. A kettle, tea and coffee supplies, and biscuits were available. To top it off, there was a card informing us we were VIP guests for the day. We received chilled Prosecco, macarons, and spring water bottles. After the concert, we returned late and hungry to the hotel. Despite the restaurant being closed, the receptionist arranged a pizza via room service, arriving within fifteen minutes and tasting great. We slept wonderfully as the beds were extremely cozy, with air conditioning in the room. The lighting and air conditioning could be managed from beside our beds, complemented by a beautiful full-height light-up mirror. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were exceptional and the room flawless, offering a superb view of Wembley Stadium.

Our 3-night VIP experience was outstanding, from service to amenities. We were delighted by Nina (manager) and Chanel (breakfast) who took the time to greet us and check if we needed anything, always with a smile. Breakfast options were perfect for my family, offering English breakfast, cereals, yoghurts, muesli, fresh fruit, grab-and-go fruits, sandwiches, and delicious pastries, with the lemon poppy loaf deserving a special mention. We burned off breakfast at the clean gym, well-equipped for a holiday workout. The rooms were modern, clean, and the bed was extremely cozy, with minimal traffic noise despite the location. The tube station was just a 2-minute walk, allowing quick access to central London, which was very convenient. The interconnecting rooms were ideal for our family. Room service was a treat, with the chicken Caesar wrap being particularly tasty. Overall, 10/10, and I'll definitely return when I'm in London again!

The Bollo House is located in a quiet backstreet not far from Chiswick High Road. The nearest Tube is Chiswick Park which is just down the road. . This corner pub was built in 1885 and started life as The Railway Tavern. In the late 1980’s the pub was named The Orange Kipper as you do, in the noughties the pub was renamed The Bollo House after the road it sits on. I love the beautiful Victorian glazed green tiles which add a touch of class to this pub’s exterior. . This is a medium size pub with a “L” shaped bar that has two distinct areas. On the right, as you walk in is a spacious pale green decorated area which is geared up for the imbibers. On the left is an elegant wood panelled dining area which has comfy leather banquette benches at the front and rear. There are some nice decorative touches throughout like the fireplace and the skylight in the dining area. . I was impressed with the beer selection which included three cask ales and some true continental brews. My brother and I decided we would be a bit more adventurous and ordered a couple of pints of Paulaner Weissbier. After a few sips and glugs we both agreed big thumbs up to ze Gerrmans, price point was about right for the area. There is a classic British pub grub menu available, Fish & Chips costs £17. There are food promos that go on throughout the month like Wing Wednesdays etc. . We arrived around 2pm on Easter Saturday and there was a serene calm about this place. We were greeted at the counter by two upbeat fellas who were very welcoming and all smiles. The pub was fairly quiet with the majority of punters either dining or outside the front of the pub soaking up the Spring sunshine. There is a nice neighbourly feel to this pub, a place you can nip to for a relaxing pint or three. . @thebollohouse is a welcoming locals pub that is easy on the eye. The service was first class and our beers hit the spot. The food is popular with the locals and the atmosphere easy going. This is a lovely place to spend time in whatever the occasion.

Just steps from West Ealing Station sits this delightful Fuller's-owned hotel. Its impressive， nearly gothic architecture suggests it was once a significant building. We arrived， exhausted and hungry， just before 10 pm after a lengthy cross-Atlantic journey. The reception area was empty， though an event was underway in the lower rooms. Fortunately， the pub was still open， and they kindly accepted our last-minute order， letting us settle into a cozy corner for a much-needed meal. My partner had bangers and mash—classic British comfort food—and loved it. I chose pizza， which was tasty and hot， but this isn't an Italian pizzeria. Once well-fed， we checked in and received our room keys. The hotel décor is charming， with a modern English Country style that seems freshly updated， which I adored. Our room had a bay window， though the view was unremarkable. Despite its small size， the room was perfect， with the bay window down a few steps， providing space for a desk and chair. The bathroom was spotless with a lovely rain shower. The bedding felt luxurious， completely enveloping me in the hotel’s comforting ambiance. Breakfast was included in our stay， with a good menu catering to vegetarians and those with food allergies. The vegetarian breakfast on the first day was underwhelming—perhaps due to the seasoning or variety—but the shashuka on the second day was delightful. This was our second stay at this hotel in London. It offers excellent value for money and feels more luxurious than other， pricier hotels we’ve experienced in the city. I won't hesitate to return.
