We visited Nathan Phillips Square on the first day. It is the Iconic city square with the Toronto sign and City Hall. This place is definitely a great spot for photos. It is a historic market featuring local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and more. I always enjoy walking around and try out all the local food and cheese. St Lawrence Market 📍93 Front St E, Toronto, ON M5E 1C3, Canada We also explored around the Distillery District that has charming pedestrian-only area with restored Victorian-era buildings housing galleries, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Would only recommend you to visit if you have extra time 😆 Distillery District, 📍Toronto, ON M5A 3C4, Canada I also visited El Catrin Destileria, located in the Distillery District, El Catrin. It offered authentic Mexican cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere. They are known for their delicious tacos and extensive tequila selection. It is an Eclectic neighborhood known for its diverse mix of shops, cafes, and vintage boutiques. This place is perfect for exploring and finding unique souvenirs. Toronto is a city with tall modern buildings that reminds me of Tokyo. There are many office-like buildings, and I felt like I was just coming home from work😚 The city is home to the CN Tower, a symbol of Toronto🗼 It is lit up at night, and there are photo spots with CN Tower written all around! Toronto has a downtown area called Yonge-Dundas Square, where many people gather day and night, just like Times Square in the US and Shibuya in Japan. Loved the location of the hotel! Very nearby the main attractions within short walking distance. If you are looking to stay on a tourist visit, don't hesitate on staying here. Is an old-hospitality style hotel but it does serves it's purpose.Beds are very comfy and the room was overall clean. It has a laundry room which is super helpful when you are not bringing many clothes with you and staying a long time. Amazingly friendly staff especially in the restaurant at breakfast and the lovely security guard.

On July 1, 2024, Canada Day, I went to The Well Centre shopping mall with 8 friends who watched the game for dinner. We talked about our recent situation and work. Since I only traveled to Ontario at the end of April, I can only talk about my past work experience for your reference. During the period, some people shared their entrepreneurial process. Another golfer had his birthday that day, and his mother bought a cake to celebrate. This cake is super delicious~

After watching the game, I was heading to Port Credit when I saw a professional photographer capturing the beauty of the city and its architecture. Although I was in a hurry, I followed suit and took some photos with my phone. My sister and my mother who accompanied me to study abroad even stopped to wait for me to take photos. Although I felt a little embarrassed, I was able to share these beautiful architectural photos with everyone on this special day. Thanks~

#春夏好去处2024 Today, July 5, 2024, I went to Toronto Downtown Chinatown for a casual walk and passed by this record store. There were vinyl cassettes, CDs, clothes, socks, hats, etc. It immediately reminded me of 40 years ago, when I was still a high school student and set up a roadside stall to sell music cassettes. Now think about it, everyone has a mobile phone and can play music on YT at any time. Time flies, and technological innovation is developing rapidly with each passing day. However, I wondered in my heart, in a few decades, if people and machines can play, will we no longer need mobile phones to listen to music? Let us wait and see the future of technology.

Recommended to go for walks around downtown to discover the many unique places, stores and restaurants the city has on offer. Every neighbourhood is different and unique with diverse modern and historical locations, such as Little Italy, a Chinatown, Kensington Market, downtown, or Old Toronto. Early morning walks by the lake feel refreshing considering you are in the city

I stayed in Toronto for three weeks, so I'd like to introduce some recommended spots 🇨🇦 1. The monument with the giant letters "TORONTO" near Toronto's City Hall is a popular photo spot, and in winter, the water freezes over and you can enjoy ice skating ⛸️ 2. Graffiti Alley, a mural that is sure to look great on Instagram The entire wall is a canvas, and you can enjoy colorful and pop art 🖼️ 3. University of Toronto Trinity College is a beautiful Gothic building, and a place that gives off a sense of history. There is also a museum inside where student works are exhibited, and admission is free 🏫 4. Distillery District A spot where stylish cafes and miscellaneous goods stores like Yokohama Minato Mirai are gathered. There is also a shop for the Canadian skincare brand The Ordinary! There is also a market called St. Lawrence Market nearby, so it is recommended to go to both places. 5. CN Tower You can climb up to the observation deck of Toronto's iconic landmark and enjoy the view. There is a port called Harbourfront nearby, so you can take a boat from there and get a panoramic view of Toronto from Toronto Island. I had a tuna sandwich, and the tuna salad was really like the tuna mayo I used to eat in Korea, so it was so rich and delicious! The soup of the day was a vegetable soup, and it was rich and salty because it was tomato-based, so you couldn’t stop eating! You may think that there isn't much to see when you think of Toronto, but the night view you can enjoy while feeling the cool breeze in the summer is more beautiful than you think. When you walk near the Harbourfront and look at the stars and twinkling lights in the night sky, you really feel like you're in Toronto :-)
