We arrived at Duerbote Mongol Autonomous County in Daqing in the evening and checked into the Lianhuan Lake Hot Spring Scenic Area. We had a very rich fish feast for dinner.
Duerbote has a water area of 2.05 million mu, consisting of 201 lakes of various sizes. The Nenjiang River, Wuyuer River, and Shuangyang River converge in Duerbote, making it a veritable county of a hundred lakes. There are many kinds of fish here, combined with various cooking methods, as well as Northeast-style farmhouse dishes and dipping vegetables, forming a unique Duerbote fish feast.
🐟 The fish feast is named after the local fish as the main ingredient, using a variety of knife skills and cooking methods to make a variety of banquet dishes, gathering the essence of river and lake delicacies, and carefully cooked.

Fu Yu Zheng Jie Temple was originally a Gelug monastery, founded in the 23rd year of the Qing Emperor Kangxi's reign (1684), and on June 1, 2006, it was presided over by the living Buddha Xia Ba. It is the only Tibetan Buddhist monastery in the three northeastern provinces.
