What I want to eat most during this trip to Switzerland is cheese hot pot! ! I found this cheese hotpot restaurant Swiss Chuchi located in the basement of the Adler Hotel on the Internet. It should be a relatively famous restaurant. At around 2:00 p.m., the restaurant was still full of customers inside and outside. I chose the traditional cheese hotpot and my dad chose the ham, mushroom and cheese hotpot. The hotpot itself comes with bread and you can add other ingredients. We chose potatoes, vegetables and chicken. The cheese hot pot is full of white wine aroma and tastes great with bread. Of course, if you don’t like the taste of alcohol, you can choose alcohol-free cheese hot pot. My boyfriend chose the Meat Fondue. There was hot oil in the pan, and the meat was fried in the pan. It was served with six different sauces. It was quite interesting, but after eating it, my whole body was filled with the taste of cheese and oil 🤣. I think this cheese hotpot is delicious, but the price is relatively expensive. The traditional hotpot costs CHF32, and the ingredients are charged separately.
