It is actually a bookstore plus a store selling cultural and creative products. The price is not cheap. There are also lecture halls and tea tasting places upstairs. Tea tasting requires an appointment in advance. You can see the outside view from upstairs. The lecture hall is closed during the holidays. There is also a place on the 4th floor where you can see the outside view, but I am afraid of heights, so I left after a glance. Haidai Tower is worth recommending because there is a place selling milk tea, fruit tea, and coffee at the exit on the first floor. I ordered a cup at random, and it tasted good.
