The island is surrounded by a beautiful coastal road. Set off in the morning and take a walk around the island, and you'll be greeted by the sight of the azure sea, which will put you in a great mood. Wailingding Island is located in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. It's easy to get to, with direct ferries from Xiangzhou Port and Shekou Port in Shenzhen, which take about an hour and a half. Recommended itinerary: Depart from Zhuhai or Shenzhen, check in to a hotel on the island, then visit Kuangshan Lake, the island road, Shijing Park, Yudaihuanyao, and finally return to the hotel. You can leave the island on the second day. Recommended attractions: 1. Island road: You can walk the whole way or take a sightseeing bus. The scenery is beautiful, and you can see the azure sea at any time. On a clear day, you can see Hong Kong in the distance. 2. Shijing Park: This is the highest point on the island, but I think the best place to watch the sunrise is a pavilion near the top. The park can get crowded. 3. Kuangshan Lake: This was once a mine pit, but it is now filled with water. The water is blue and very beautiful. 4. Yudaihuanyao: I recommend watching the sunset here on the first day. The boardwalk by the sea is also beautiful. Wailingding Island has a variety of fresh seafood, such as crabs, shrimp, and shellfish, which you can enjoy at the island's restaurants. There's also a special sea stone flower dessert, which is refreshing and delicious, and perfect for enjoying after a day of sightseeing. Travel tips: It takes a long time to get to the island by boat, so remember to buy seasickness medicine. It's very sunny on the island when the weather is clear, but it's also very windy, so I recommend wearing a sun-protective jacket so you don't feel too hot.
