Add a little money to make yourself live more comfortably and reward yourself. The room is spacious and there is a yoga mat. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom, so I took a bubble bath at night. 🫧 🌞Do Ba Duan Jin in the morning: The hotel has group classes every day, and today happens to be Ba Duan Jin. A sister took me to practice with other students. It's my first time touching this thing, and it's quite interesting. It can also strengthen your body. It’s challenging but not too strenuous, and I can make myself sweat a little, which is pretty cool. It's perfect for a lazy person like me. 🥗I had Caesar salad at the hotel for lunch, it was good. 🔴I used the "Mitochondrial Energy Meter" in the afternoon: it was introduced by the housekeeper and it was my first time using it.
